The aim of the project is to increase the quality of vocational training in the first degree EUROSPEC in the field of Photographer and Hairdresser, as well as knowledge and skills to the needs of employers in 30 pupils and to enrich 2 teachers with up-to-date practical knowledge, which will affect their teaching skills and improve the quality of school career advice in terms of joint activities of schools, enterprises and employers (including their employees) in the period 01.09.18-31.12.19. The participants of the project (UP) consist of 30 students (5K25M) and 2nli(1K1M), residing in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (WZ). The project path will take place simultaneously in two groups. Stages: The rooms will be equipped for practical classes for the direction of hairdresser and photographer. Next, teachers will take place internships, in order to learn the methods and content of teaching useful on the labour market. Pupils will take courses as a result of which they will receive additional qualifications. During the summer they will take part in apprenticeships, and in the next school year they will take part in vocational and educational advice and workshops run by entrepreneurs. Celem projektu jest wzrost jakości kształcenia zawodowego w szkole branżowej I stopnia EUROSPEC na kierunku Fotograf i Fryzjer oraz dostos.wiedzy i umiejętności do potrzeb pracodawców u 30 uczniów oraz wzbogacenie 2 nauczycieli o aktualną wiedzę praktyczną,która wpłynie na ich kompetencje dydaktyczne i poprawę jakości szkolnego doradztwa zawod.w ujęciu podejmowania wspólnych działań szkół,przedsiębiorstw i pracodawców (w tym też ich pracowników) w okresie 01.09.18r.-31.12.19r. Uczestnicy projektu (UP) to 30 uczniów (5K25M) oraz 2n-li(1K1M), zamieszk.na terenie woj.zachodniopomorskiego(WZ). Org.ścieżki projektowej odbędzie się równocześnie w dwóch grupach. Etapy: Zostaną wyposażone sale do zajęć praktycznych dla kierunku fryzjer i fotograf. Następnie nauczyciele odbędą staże zawodowe,celem poznania metod i treści nauczania przydatnych na rynku pracy. Uczniowie wezmą udział w kursach w wyniku, których nabędą dodatkowe kwalifikacje. W wakacje wezmą udział w praktykach zawodowych, a w następnym roku szkolnym wezmą udział w doradztwie zawodowo-edukacyjnym i warsztatach prowadz.przez przedsiębiorców. Etapy projektu:1.Zarządzanie obejmujące: organizację biura projektu na terenie WZ; rekrutacja UP; opracowanie programów stażowych; wyposażenie sal do zajęć praktycznych; kurs zakoń. egzaminem wizażu/grafika komputerowego; staże/praktyki zawodowe dla nauczycieli i uczniów; doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe;warsztaty; Rezultaty: podniesienie wiedzy i umiejętności praktycznych u 2 n-li zawodu w zakresie nauczania, zdobycie praktycznych umiej.przez 30 uczniów z zakr. nauki zawodu, uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez min. 80% uczniów tj.24os.
