Ensuring and improving flood safety is one of the most important factors for sustainable and sustainable socio-economic development of regions and states. Flood protection is the responsibility of the government and local government. Flood protection, and generally water management, should be managed within the catchment area. The project shall cover: Task 1 – “Flood protection of the city of Stargard” In the town of Stargard, the Ina River is being rolled in a sectional area. According to the applicable law, shafts should meet the requirements of Class III, i.e. ensure safe passage of flood waters with the probability of p-2 % (correct water) and p-0.5 %(control water). The crease crown shall be 0,70 m above the water level and 0,5 m above the control water level. The aim of the investment is to bring the shafts in Stargard to the level of class III on all sections, as they are now locally reduced. In structural terms, the existing flood shaft should be considered potentially dangerous due to the application of poor material quality and poor ground density to its construction, as well as possible leakage under the shaft body. Task 2 – “Reconstruction of the left flood embankment on the Ina River in km 13 + 000-14+ 000” The planned investment includes the construction of a flood protection facility in the form of a sealed wall with accompanying elements of a total length of about 968 m and the construction of a section of flood protection in the form of a sealed wall on a section of about 122 m along the street. Matejko to ensure comprehensive flood protection. The beginning of the design building, which is within the scope of this study, is located on the left bank of the river in km 12+ 987, and the end in km 13+ 925 rivers. (English)

Zapewnienie i poprawa bezpieczeństwa powodziowego stanowi jeden z najistotniejszych czynników warunkujących zrównoważony i stabilny rozwój społeczno-gospodarczy regionów i Państw. Ochrona przeciwpowodziowa należy do obowiązków administracji rządowej i samorządowej. Zarządzanie ochroną przed powodzią, i generalnie gospodarką wodną, powinno odbywać się w granicach zlewni. Projekt w swoim zakresie obejmuje : Zadanie 1 - „Zabezpieczenie przeciwpowodziowe miasta Stargard” Na terenie miasta Stargard rzeka Ina obwałowana jest odcinkowo. Zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem, wały powinny spełniać wymogi klasy III, czyli zapewniać bezpieczne przejście wód powodziowych o prawdopodobieństwie wystąpienia p—2% (woda miarodajna) i p-0,5%(woda kontrolna). (Polish)

(English)
