The investment consists of the construction of hydro-technical facilities and facilities that improve the conditions for the flow of large waters within the city of Darłowo. The works designed to be carried out as part of the investment concern the restoration of its parameters within the city of Darłowo to the post-war parameters, i.e. after 1945 and after 1960 according to projects from 1964 and 1969 developed by the Office of Water Melioration Projects in Koszalin. As part of the design work, it is envisaged to restore the pathway of the Wieprzy River at section 2 + 945(from the segmented junction in Darlow)-6+ 570(to the bridge over the Wieprzy River by the commune road from Cisów) along with the two-sided fortification of the shore, the reconstruction of flood embankments together with the associated structures (shafts, backwalls), construction of tight walls and mobile compartments. Inwestycja polega na wykonaniu urządzeń i obiektów hydrotechnicznych poprawiających warunki przepływu wód wielkich w obrębie miasta Darłowo. Prace projektowane do wykonania w ramach przedmiotowej inwestycji dotyczą przywrócenia jej parametrów w obrębie miasta Darłowo do parametrów powojennych tj. po roku 1945 i poinwestycyjnych po roku 1960 według projektów z lat 1964 i 1969 opracowanych przez Biuro Projektów Wodnych Melioracji w Koszalinie. W ramach prac projektowych przewiduje się przywrócenie drożności koryta rzeki Wieprzy na odcinku 2+945(od jazu segmentowego w Darłowie)-6+570(do mostu na rzece Wieprzy przy drodze gminnej z Cisowa )wraz z obustronnym umocnieniem brzegu, odbudową wałów przeciwpowodziowych razem z budowlami towarzyszącymi (przepusty wałowe,klapy zwrotne), budową ścianek szczelnych i przegród mobilnych.
