The aim of the project is to increase competitiveness on the labour market of 76 high school students (K 36.40 M) and 26 students of the Ist Industry School. (BS I) (M) forming part of the PSP in Chojno, thanks to their upgrading of skills and professional qualifications in the period 01.09.2018-31.08.2020. The objective will be achieved as a result of the improvement of the quality of vocational training in the Industry School of I st. BS I st. in Chojno, which will occur as a result of the following tasks: 1. Upgrading skills and gaining professional qualifications by high school students (directions: building techniques of computer science, hotel technology, nutrition techniques and organisation of catering and industry services of the School of I st. (BS I faculties: mechanic of motor vehicles, builder and finishing works in construction) – internships and scholarships, additional specialised activities carried out in cooperation with entities from the socio-economic environment of the school, creation of a patronage class, preparatory courses for enrollment, classes in higher education, courses and vocational training 2.Additionalisation of 5 school professional workshops with specialist equipment and teaching aids 3.Supply of competence support 15 teachers (12K and 3M) – including 3M teachers – including teacher training and teaching aids in construction. 4.Education and vocational advice – creation of a School Entrepreneurship Point Thanks to the above-mentioned tasks: a. 102 pupils will raise their skills, 102 will receive additional professional qualifications; b.11 teachers will raise their qualifications and/or acquire professional competences; c. 5 schoolworks will be retrofitted; D. 102 pupils will benefit from educational advice, 4 teachers will be qualified as a professional adviser, 1 SPP will be created. Celem gł. projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności na rynku pracy 76 uczniów technikum (K 36,40 M)oraz 26 uczniów Branżowej Szkoły Ist. (BS I) (M) wchodzących w skład ZSP w Chojnie, dzięki podniesieniu przez nich umiejętności i uzyskaniu kwalifikacji zawod. w okresie 01.09.2018 - 31.08.2020r. Cel zostanie zrealizowany na skutek podniesienia jakości kształcenia zawodowego w Branżowej Szkole I st. BS I st. w Chojnie, które nastąpi w wyniku realizacji zadań: 1.Podnoszenie umiejętności oraz uzyskiwanie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez uczniów technikum (kierunki: technik budownictwa technik informatyk, technik hotelarstwa, technik żywienia i organizacji usług gastronomicznych i Branżowej Szkoły I st. (BS I st.kierunki: mechanik pojazdów samochodowych, monter zabudowy i robót wykończeniowych w budownictwie) – staże i stypendia, dodatkowe zajęcia specjalistyczne realizowane we współpracy z podmiotami z otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego szkoły, utworzenie klasy patronackiej, kursy przygotowawcze do egz. czeladniczego, zajęcia w szkole wyższej, kursy i szkolenia zawodowe 2.Doposażenie 5 szkolnych pracowni zawodowych w specjalistyczny sprzęt oraz pomoce dydaktyczne 3.Wsparcie kompetencyjne 15 nauczycieli (12K i 3M) – w tym 11 nauczycieli zawodu i 4 nauczycieli pozostałych kierunków, w tym 4 w zakresie uzyskania kwalifikacji doradcy zawod. 4.Doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe – utworzenie Szkolnego Punktu Przedsiębiorczości Dzięki realizacji w/w zadań: a. 102 uczniów podniesie umiejętności, 102 uzyska dodatkowe uprawnienia zawodowe; b.11 nauczycieli podniesie kwalifikacje i/lub nabędzie kompetencje zawodowe; c. zostanie doposażonych 5 szkolnych pracowni zawodowych; d. 102 uczniów skorzysta z doradztwa eduk-zaw,4 nauczycieli uzyska kwalifikacje doradcy zawodowego, powstanie 1 SPP.
