Among the areas of Intelligent Specialisation of WZP are advanced metal products and products based on information technologies. In the region, companies from these sectors are growing, the offer of industrial parks is increasing. As employers point out, graduates are not equipped with the sufficient qualifications required by a modern enterprise (the curriculum basis of training does not include many of the competences they expect) which makes it difficult for graduates to start on the labour market. The project will contribute to solving this problem and will address the lack of adaptation of education, in particular, to the needs of the labour market. The main objective of the project is to acquire at the school education stage by the end of 2019 by 90 (87 m/3k) students of the West Pomeranian Centre for Maritime and Polytechnic Education in Szczecin, who train in the competition mechanics and mechatronics practical skills and qualifications, including those confirmed by enrollment exams (60 BO), in order to increase employability after graduation. We will achieve the goal in cooperation with the community community. — Headquarters, including entrepreneurs from the region during the period of: 01.09.17r. — 31.08.19 The project for the benefit of ZCEMiP in Szczecin will be run by the applicant in partnership and the Euroeducation Training Centre. The partner’s experience and capabilities will be used to organise internships, including in regional industry enterprises, implemented for students of high school and unemployed. The project also provides for the acquisition of soft and key competences (mathematical, IT) supporting practical activities carried out in specialist laboratories reflecting the natural working conditions specific to the professions taught. The comprehensiveness of the support will be complemented by advice conducted in order to individualise development needs, edu. and psychophysical possibilities of participants, as well as professional internships. Kompleksowość wsparcia uzupełni doradztwo zaw. i edu. prowadzone w celu indywidualizacji potrzeb rozwojowych, edu. i możliwości psychofizycznychuczestników, jak i ww. staże zawodowe. (Polish)
