The main aim of the project is to increase the key competences necessary for the labour market with 490 students and 510 students from the municipality of Poły-Zdrój between September 2017 and June 2018. the main result of the project is the acquisition of key competences after leaving 800 students, including 420 students. The target value of the indicator is that 80 % of project participants will complete their pathway for their participation in the project after they have left the project; the target group of the project will be higher education school pupils at primary and lower secondary education. the project will include 1000 students, including 340 pupils of the current primary classes (classes I-VI) and 300 pupils, including 150 students of the current first and second classes of secondary education and the future classes VII (corresponding to the first lower secondary school). 1.additional tutoring and compensatory classes for students with difficulties in meeting educational requirements resulting from the curriculum base for general training 81 groups, a total of 4860 hours, 648 persons for additional extra-curricular activities aimed at raising social competences tj.Communication, creativity, innovation and teamwork between 2 and 36 groups, a total of 2160 hours, 288 people additional training courses in the form of circles, workshops or laboratories-30 groups, including a total of 1800 hours, 240 persons 4. educational and vocational counselling aimed at raising awareness among students about the selection of the educational and professional path of -30 groups, including 900 hours, 300 people 5.Taking individual courses with learners with particular educational needs, in order to help students with difficulties in mastering the basic news and skills of 3 pupils, in total 1320 hours.     Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy u 490 uczennic i 510 uczniów z terenu gminy Połczyn-Zdrój w terminie od września 2017 do czerwca 2018 r. Głównym rezultatem, który zostanie osiągnięty dzięki realizacji projektu jest nabycie kompetencji kluczowych po opuszczeniu programu u 800 uczniów, w tym 420 uczennic. Wartość docelowa wskaźnika przewiduje,że 80% uczestników projektu zakończy swoją ścieżkę uczestnictwa w projekcie przez co po opuszczeniu projektu wzrosną u nich kompetencje kluczowe.Grupę docelową projektu stanowić będą uczniowie szkół prowadzących kształcenie ogólne na poziomie szkół podstawowych i gimnazjalnych z terenu gminy Połczyn-Zdrój.W projekcie udział weźmie 1000 uczniów tj.700 uczniów , w tym 340 uczennic obecnych klas podstawowych(klasy I-VI) oraz 300 uczniów, w tym 150 uczennic obecnych I i II klas gimnazjalnych oraz przyszłych klas VII (odpowiadającym I gimnazjum).W ramach projektu przeprowadzone zostaną: 1.dodatkowe zajęcia dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze dla uczniów mających trudności w spełnianiu wymagań edukacyjnych, wynikających z podstawy programowej kształcenia ogólnego-81 grup, łącznie 4860 godzin, 648 osób 2 .dodatkowe zajęcia pozalekcyjne ukierunkowane na podnoszenie kompetencji społecznych tj.komunikacja, kreatywność, innowacyjność i praca zespołowa-36 grup, łącznie 2160 godzin, 288 osób 3. dodatkowe zajęcia rozwijające uzdolnienia w formie kółek, warsztatów lub laboratoriów-30 grup, łącznie 1800 godzin, 240 osób 4. doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe, które ma na celu podwyższenie wśród uczniów świadomości w zakresie wyboru ścieżki edukacyjno-zawodowej -30 grup, łącznie 900 godzin, 300 osób 5.realizacja zajęć indywidualnych z uczniem ze szczególnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi, zajęcia te mają na celu pomoc uczniom z trudnościami w opanowaniu podstawowych wiadomości i umiejętności-22 uczniów, łącznie 1320 godzin.
