The project was implemented by the CKUUP-unit of the City of Kalisz (kryt dost 8), supports the individual needs of the adults within the AKO, by organising learning processes in the form of forms outside glazing organised in cooperation with employers, in accordance with § 3 (1) of the Act. 5 Rz. Men 11.01.2012: training courses will be implemented to obtain and supplement qualifications in: 1) met for the welding of met. MAG (135) with welding permissions 35M, 1K; 2) met for the welding of met. TIG (141) with welal-36M rating; 3) from the scope of electrical installations with qualification certificate group 1 “Operation” -35 M; 4 (‘Operation’ 1 ‘Operation’ -49 M/K); 5) operator CNC-13 FCS (3K). By ensuring support to the old age, activities will be implemented taking into account the individual needs for development, education and physical and physical capabilities of all 169 M and K supported: preparation of IPD, personalised tutoring. Cooperation with employers on the development of courses, participation in the examination of the CNC, advice for education. Support 169 M/K (including 4 K) of adult interested parties on their own initiative to gain, supplement or supplement professional qualifications. The four types of support offered will culminate in an examination and in obtaining a certificate/diploma confirming the acquisition, upgrading or adaptation of qualifications needed in the labour market in the light of the identified needs of the person to whom the support is granted. The project is complementary and integrated with the project planned to be implemented in the context of the Subgroup. 9.3.5, therefore, its implementation will be postponed in time — delivery of the courses after the investment will be completed. 3.3.3 Reg. konk. The planned duration of the renovation.: 01.04.18-31.03.20, the investment statement 9.3.5-31.03.18.Planned to perform the task, shall be included within the scope of the ITI strategy for distribution.     Projekt realizowany przez CKUiP-jednostkę organizacyjną Miasta Kalisza (kryt dost 8),wspiera indywidualne potrzeby dorosłych z terenu AKO poprzez organizowanie procesu uczenia się w postaci form pozaszk. organizowanych we współpracy z pracodawcami, zgodne z § 3 ust. 5 Roz. MEN 11.01.2012r. ws. kształcenia ustaw. w formach pozaszk. realizowane będą kursy umożliwiające uzyskiwanie i uzupełnianie kwalifikacji zaw: 1) spawania met. MAG (135) z uprawnieniami spawalniczymi-35M,1K; 2) spawania met. TIG (141) z uprawnieniami spawalni-36M; 3) z zakresu instalacji elektrycznych z uprawnieniami na świadectwo kwalifikacji grupa 1 "Eksploatacja"-35 M; 4) programowania sterownika PLC z uprawn na św. kwalif. gr. 1 "Eksploatacja"-49 M/K; 5) operatora obrabiarki CNC-13 MiK (3K). Działania poprzez zagwarantowanie wsparcia edu-zaw. będą realizowane z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych wszystkich 169 M i K objętych wsparciem: przygotowanie IPD, indywidualne doradztwo edu-zaw. Współpraca z pracodawcami-opracowanie programów kursów, udział w egzaminie CNC, doradztwo edu-zaw. Wsparcie 169 M/K (w tym 4 K) dorosłych zainteresowanych z własnej inicjatywy zdobyciem, uzupełnieniem lub podnoszeniem kwalifikacji zawodowych. Cztery z oferowanych form wsparcia zakończą się egzaminem i uzyskaniem certyfikatu/ dyplomu potwierdzającego nabycie, podwyższenie lub dostosowanie kwalifikacji, niezbędnych na rynku pracy w kontekście zidentyfikowanych potrzeb osoby, której udzielane jest wsparcie. Projekt jest komplementarny i zintegrowany z przedsięwzięciem planowanym do realizacji w ramach Poddz. 9.3.5, w związku z powyższym jego realizacja będzie odłożona w czasie - realizacja kursów możliwa po zakończeniu inwest. zg. z pkt. 3.3.3 Reg. konk.
