The investment covered by this project consists of the purchase and installation of photovoltaic micro-installations. The project fits into the type of project mentioned in the Shoop RPO 2.10. Installations will serve their own needs and will be connected to the grid, however due to the capacity of the installation (up to 40 kW) in accordance with Article 5 of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (Journal of Laws 2015 item. 478) and Article 7. 8d with stamp 4-9 of the Act – Energy Law (Journal of Laws, Journal of Laws 1997 No. 54, item. 348. they will be made on the basis of a notification without the need for the beneficiary to have valid technical conditions for connection to the network. The applicant currently has connections where the contractual power is 150 kW. The project meets all the shore conditions specified in the Shoop. This project involves the delivery and installation of a photovoltaic roof installation – 152 (polycrystalline) panels with a power of 39.52 kW with inverters, necessary wiring and fittings. Pv panels use photovoltaic phenomena to convert solar radiation into electricity. By means of cable connections, they transmit energy to inverters, where the direct current changes to alternating current. The power plant will be connected to the grid, but there will be no need to install batteries and charging regulators, as the network is able to absorb all the energy produced. The energy produced will be used for own use and any surplus will be put into the grid. The project will be completed within 1 from the signing of the grant agreement (English)

Inwestycja objęta niniejszym projektem polega na zakupie i montażu mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznej. Projekt wpisuje się w typ projektu wymieniony w SzOOP RPO 2.10. Instalacje będą służyły potrzebom własnym i będą podłączone do sieci, jednakże ze względu na moc instalacji (do 40 kW) zgodnie z art. 5 ustawy o odnawialnych źródłach energii ( Dz.U. 2015 poz. 478) oraz Art. 7 ust. 8d ze znaczkiem 4-9 ustawy – Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U. Dz.U. 1997 nr 54 poz. 348) będą one dokonywane na podstawie zgłoszenia bez konieczności posiadania przez beneficjenta ważnych technicznych warunków przyłączenia do sieci. Wnioskodawca posiada obecnie przyłącza gdzie moc umowna wynosi 150 kW. Projekt spełnia wszystkie warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP. Niniejszy projekt zakłada dostawę i montaż dachowej instalacji fotowoltaicznej - 152 paneli (polikrystalicznych) o mocy 39,52 kW z falownikami, niezbędnym okablowaniem i osprzętem.
