The subject of the project is the construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roofs of the car parks belonging to the Hotel Delfin Spa&Wellness, Dąbki village, Darłowo district of Sładyenski, Zachodniopomorskie voivodship. This installation will consist of 357 monocrystalline modules with nominal power of 99.96 kWp, located on the eastern side of the world. It is planned to generate electricity by the installation in the amount of 90064 kWh/year. This will help reduce the cost of electricity at Hotel Delfin Spa&Wellness by 22.4 % per year. Stages of the project: The project envisages the following activities and activities: 1) Diagnosis of the current situation and identification of investment needs in the area under consideration 2) the formulation of the project, including, above all, the definition of objectives, results, activities, resources, timetable, budget and all other elements forming a complete project 3)Preparation of technical documentation (construction of construction projects) necessary for the implementation of the project – commissioning an external company 4)Preparation of a feasibility study – external company 5)project acceptance: evaluation of the application completed by signing the contracts for co-financing of the project 6) conducting the selection of the contractor, 7)implementation of assembly and construction works, 8)receipt of works on the basis of the transfer and receiving protocol 9)final financial settlement of the project. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa instalacji fotowoltaicznej na dachach wiat parkingowych przynależnych do Hotelu Delfin Spa&Wellness, miejscowość Dąbki, gmina Darłowo powiat sławieński, województwo zachodniopomorskie. Przedmiotowa instalacja będzie składała się z 357 modułów monokrystalicznych o mocy nominalnej 99,96 kWp, zlokalizowanych od strony wschodniej wiat. Planuje się wytwarzanie energii elektrycznej przez instalację w ilości 90 064 kWh/rok. Pomoże to zmniejszyć koszty energii elektrycznej w Hotel Delfin Spa&Wellness o 22,4% w ciągu roku. Etapy projektu: W ramach przedmiotowego projektu przewidziano następujące działania i czynności: 1)diagnoza sytuacji obecnej i określenie potrzeb inwestycyjnych na rozpatrywanym obszarze 2)formułowanie projektu, obejmujące przede wszystkim określenie celów, rezultatów, działań, zasobów, harmonogramu, budżetu oraz wszystkich innych elementów tworzących kompletne przedsięwzięcie 3)przygotowanie dokumentacji technicznej ( projekt budowlany) niezbędnej do realizacji projektu – zlecenie firmie zewnętrznej 4)przygotowanie studium wykonalności – firma zewnętrzna 5)akceptacja projektu: ocena wniosku zakończona podpisaniem umów o współfinansowaniu projektu 6)przeprowadzenie wyboru wykonawcy, 7)wykonanie robót montażowych i budowlanych, 8)odbiór prac na podstawie protokołu zdawczo-odbiorczego 9)końcowe rozliczenie finansowe projektu.
