Projekt skierowany jest do 427 uczniów(206K,221M)oraz 40 nauczycieli34K,6M).Zakłada organizację zajęćdodatkowych z zakresu rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych oraz doposażenie obiektów oświatowych w pomoce dydaktyczne.W ramach projektu odbywać się będą dodatkowe zajęcia edukacyjne dla uczniów szkół podstawowych i gimnazjalnych w szkołach zlokalizowanych na terenie gminy Biały Bór,zostaną zakupione materiały i pomoce edukacyjne niezbędne do przeprowadzenia zajęć,w ramach cross-financing przeprowadzone zostaną drobne remonty bazy dydaktycznej.Pracownie szkole zostaną wyposażone w meble.Wyposażenie będzie zgodne z potrzebami uczniów.Do szkół zakupione zostaną pomoce pozwalające nauczać poprzez zabawę.Szkoły doposażą swoją bazę dydaktyczną w sprzęt specjalistyczny(m.in.specjalistyczne oprogramowanie).W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone zajęcia wyrównawcze i rowijające umiejętności, które będą miały charakter warsztatowy,dodatkowo uczniowie wezmą udział w wycieczkach tematycznych organizowanych w ramach zajęć, m.in. wyjazdy do teatru, kina, rezerwatów przyrody,muzeum. Na zakończenie warsztatów zostaną zorganizowane m.in.przeglądy teatralne,wystawy prac plastycznych dla środowiska szkolnego i lokalnego. Zostaną także zorganizowane zajęcia sportowe które obejmą m.in. wyjazdy na basen, kółka sportowe mające na celu wszechstronny rozwój motoryczny i psychoruchowy uczniów oraz pasji sportowych. Zajęcia będą dostosowane do umiejętności i potrzeb ruchowych dzieci.Zostaną zorganizowane zawody sportowe dla szkół biorących udział w projekcie.Szkoły zrealizują zajęcia dodatkowe,wspierające proces dydaktyczny, na podstawie opracowanych przez nich programów.Dodatkowo dla 40nauczycieli zostaną przeprowadzone szkolenia doskonalące z zakresu wykorzystania TIK na lekcjach.Opracowanie ww. projektu zostało poprzedzone diagnozą poziomu kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy przygotowaną przez każdą szkołę objętą projektem oraz została zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący.
