Diagnoza została przygotowana i przeprowadzona przez każdą szkołę objętą projektem oraz została zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący. Przeprowadzając diagnozę szkoły korzystały ze wsparcia instytucji systemu wspomagania pracy szkół. W ramach projektu wszyscy uczniowie objęci wsparciem w projekcie skorzystają z doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego, obejmującego ocenę indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz predyspozycji osobowych do wykonywania poszczególnych zawodów.
