Project RECOMMENDATION FOR diagnosed problems in the field of misalignment of vocational education/qualification of graduates of PSP No. 2 in Gryfin to the needs of the labour market. The target group shall be: 105 natural persons, students/participants of the ZSP No. 2 in Gryfin, studying in classes I, II, III of the General Education Secondary School, residing in accordance with the KC in the voivodship. The aim of the project is to increase the potential for additional education and employment of 105 pupils (minimum 77 women) of classes I-III of the High School of High School No. 2 in Gryfin (Women-Zach-pom) through the implementation of a development programme aimed at developing skills and key competences linked to the Western Pomeranian labour market in the period 01.11.2016 to 31.07.2018. The programme of support offered to participants of the project, including educational and training activities, i.e. for 100 % educational and vocational advice (individual and group), compensatory activities for UP with educational arrears – equalising disparities in education, classes of students’ interests/workshops, and for students developing their knowledge – to achieve higher educational results. The research made on the labour market demand for workers allows us to believe that selected forms of support will be an effective tool in finding the work of project participants, which will contribute directly to the achievement of the assumed chances of finding employment or additional education developing educational skills by project participants. The project implemented under the SOM framework, the support will help to improve the equalisation of disparities in education in urban and rural areas – school pupils come mainly from rural areas, and this will improve the quality of the educational process in ZSP No. 2 in Gryfin.     PROJEKT ODPOWIADA NA zdiagnozowane problemy w zakresie niedostosowania wykształcenia / kwalifikacji zawodowych absolwentów ZSP nr 2 w Gryfinie do potrzeb rynku pracy. GRUPA DOCELOWA to: 105 osób fizycznych , uczniów/uczennic ZSP nr 2 w Gryfinie, uczących się w klasach I, II, III Liceum Ogólnokształcącego, zamieszkujący zgodnie z KC w woj. zach.-pom. CELEM PROJEKTU jest podniesienie potencjału do podejmowania dodatkowej edukacji oraz zatrudnienia 105 uczniów (minimum 77 kobiet) klas I-III Liceum Ogólnokształcącego Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych nr 2 w Gryfinie (woj. zach-pom.) poprzez wdrożenie programu rozwojowego ukierunkowanego na rozwijanie umiejętności i kompetencji kluczowych powiązanych z zachodniopomorskim rynkiem pracy w okresie od 01.11.2016 do 31.07.2018. DLA OSIĄGNIĘCIA ZAKŁADANYCH CELÓW PROJEKTU, program wsparcia oferowanego uczestnikom projektu, obejmujący działania edukacyjne oraz szkoleniowe, tj. dla 100 % doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe (indywidualne i grupowe), zajęcia wyrównawcze dla UP mających zaległości edukacyjne – wyrównujące dysproporcje w edukacji, zajęcia tj. kółka zainteresowań / warsztaty, dla uczniów rozwijających swoją wiedzę – dla osiągnięcia wyższych wyników edukacyjnych, w tym maturalnych, a także stypendium dla 6 uczniów, którzy osiągają wysokie wyniki edukacyjne. DOKONANE ROZEZNANIE RYNKU zapotrzebowania na pracowników na zach.-pom rynku pracy pozwala sądzić, że wybrane formy wsparcia będą skutecznym narzędziem w znalezieniu pracy uczestników projektu, co bezpośrednio przyczyni się do osiągnięcia zakładanych we zwiększenia szans na znalezienie zatrudnienia lub podjęcia dodatkowej edukacji rozwijających umiejętności edukacyjne przez uczestników projektu. PROJEKT REALIZOWANY NA OBSZARZE SOM, wsparcie przyczyni się do poprawy wyrównania dysproporcji w kształceniu na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich - uczniowie szkoły pochodzą głównie z obsz. wiejskich, nad to wpłynie na poprawę jakości procesu edukacyjnego w ZSP nr 2 w Gryfinie.
