Celem projektu jest zwiększenie potencjału ZS Kozielice oraz wiedzy, umiejętności uczniów. Zgodnie z przeprowadzoną przez ZS Kozielice diagnozą potrzeb przewiduje się w placówce (SP i Gim) przeprowadzenie cyklu 15 różnych zajęć dla uczniów i uczennic podnoszących kompetencje kluczowe (4 zajęcia w kl I-III SP, 4 w kl IV-VI i 4 w Gim) oraz kompetencje w zakresie przedmiotów przyrodniczych odbywające się w utworzonej pracownie eksperymentalnej (po jednej grupie na każdym etapie nauczania). Wsparciem zostanie objęte 93 osoby (45K, 48M), a ukończy je 85%. Wszystkie zaplanowane zajęcia dla uczniów są zajęciami rozwijającymi kompetencje kluczowe w formie zajęć rozwijających zainteresowani. Zajęcia są skierowane do uczniów zarówno uzdolnionych jak i wykazujących różnorodne trudności. Z diagnozy ponadto wynika, iż główną bolączką ZS Kozielice jest brak pracowni do prowadzenia kształcenia metodą eksperymentu oraz posiadanie przestarzałego sprzętu informatycznego, co uniemożliwia stosowanie nowoczesnych metod nauczania. Planujemy w projekcie utworzenie pracowni informatycznej oraz pracowni do prowadzenia nauczania metodą eksperymentu. Dodatkowo 13 (12K, 1M) nauczycieli weźmie udział w zajęciach podnoszących kompetencje korzystania z narzędzi TIK w pracy dydaktycznej, a 15 nauczycieli (14K, 1M) w szkoleniu podnoszącym kompetencje nauczycieli w prowadzeniu zajęć szkolnych metodą eksperymentu. Działania obniżą zdiagnozowane trudności. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the potential of ZS Kozielice and the knowledge and skills of students. According to the diagnosis of needs carried out by ZS Kozielice, the institution (SP and Gim) provides for a cycle of 15 different classes for pupils and students raising key competences (4 classes in I-III SP, 4 in IV-VI and 4 in Gim) and competence in natural subjects held in the established experimental laboratory (one group at each stage of teaching). 93 people (45K, 48M) will be supported and completed by 85 %. All scheduled classes for students are activities developing key competences in the form of developing activities interested. The classes are addressed to both gifted and experienced students. The diagnosis also shows that the main problem of ZS Kozielice is the lack of a workshop for conducting experimental education and the possession of obsolete IT equipment, which prevents the use of modern teaching methods. In the project, we plan to create an IT laboratory and a laboratory for conducting experimental teaching. In addition, 13 (12K, 1M) teachers will take part in classes improving the competence of using ICT tools in teaching work, and 15 teachers (14K, 1M) in training to increase the competence of teachers in conducting school activities using experimental methods. Actions will reduce diagnosed difficulties. (English)
