Celem projektu jest wzrost jakości kształcenia ogólnego realizowanego przez Szkołę Podstawową w Krobi, Szkołę Podstawową w Pudliszkach, Szkołę Podstawową w Starej Krobi wraz z włączonymi w nich klasami gimnazjalnymi oraz Szkołę Podstawową w Nieparcie w Gminie Krobia poprzez wdrożenie w okresie od 01.05.2017 r. do 31.10.2019 r. kompleksowego programu rozwojowego obejmującego kształtowanie i rozwijanie u 848 uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 53 nauczycieli, wdrożenie oraz doposażenie pracowni przedmiotowych ww. Szkół, a także wdrożenie nowej metody nauczania – programu daltońskiego w ww. Szkołach, pozwalającej na rozwój postaw kreatywności, innowacyjności i pracy zespołowej. Zadania przewidziane do realizacji w projekcie obejmują: - zakup autorskich programów zajęć pozalekcyjnych dla uczniów Szkoły Podstawowej w Krobi, Szkoły Podstawowej w Pudliszkach, Szkoły Podstawowej w Starej Krobi oraz uczniów włączonych klas gimnazjalnych, Szkoły Podstawowej w Nieparcie, - realizację programów zajęć pozalekcyjnych dla Szkoły Podstawowej w Krobi, Szkoły Podstawowej w Pudliszkach, Szkoły Podstawowej w Starej Krobi oraz uczniów włączonych w nich klas gimnazjalnych, Szkoły Podstawowej w Nieparcie, - realizację szkoleń dla nauczycieli, - doposażenie pracowni przedmiotowych ww. Szkół w pomoce dydaktyczne, - wdrożenie metody daltońskiej, rozwijającej postawy kreatywności, innowacyjności i pracy zespołowej, poprzez przeszkolenie nauczycieli i zakup pomocy dydaktycznych.
