The project “School of Equal Opportunities in Orzechów” is implemented by the Municipality of Miłosław in partnership with the company “Mały Engineer” in the period 01.09.2018-31.08.2019. The aim of the project is up to 31.08.2019 84 students (42K and 42M) attending the Secondary School and Primary School in Orzechów from the area of Gm. Miłosław (woj.wlkp) will acquire key competences and the right attitudes and skills necessary on the labour market, 5 teachers (3K); 2M) will acquire competences, schools will use the subject studios to conduct classes. Target group: 126 persons i.e. 6 teachers (4K; 2M), 120 pupils (60K; 60M), junior high school and primary school in Orzechów. The project will include:a) classes extending key competences of pupils and appropriate attitudes/skills necessary on the labour market;b) training for teachers in the field of teaching using the experimental method;c) actions intending to improve the teaching conditions of pupils by retrofitting the relevant workshops. PLN 285 387.68, including a non-financial own contribution in the form of making available classrooms 14 550.00 PLN (5.10 %).The project is complementary to the infrastructure project co-financed by the ERDF under MSF 2014+. Projekt „Szkoła równych szans w Orzechowie” jest realizowany przez Gminę Miłosław w partnerstwie z firmą „Mały Inżynier” w okresie 01.09.2018-31.08.2019. Celem projektu jest do 31.08.2019 84 uczniów (42K i 42M) uczęszczających do Gimnazjum i Szkoły Podstawowej w Orzechowie z terenu Gm. Miłosław (woj.wlkp) zdobędzie kompetencje kluczowe oraz właściwe postawy i umiejętności niezbędne na rynku pracy, 5 nauczycieli (3K; 2M) zdobędzie kompetencje, szkoły wykorzystają pracownie przedmiotowe do prowadzenia zajęć. Grupa docelowa: 126 osób tj. 6 nauczycieli (4K; 2M), 120uczniów (60K;60M), Gimnazjum i Szkoły Podstawowej w Orzechowie. W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną:a) zajęcia poszerzające kompetencje kluczowe uczniów oraz właściwe postawy/umiejętności niezbędne na rynku pracy;b) szkolenia dla nauczycieli z zakresu nauczania metodą eksperymentu;c) działania zamierzające do poprawy warunków dydaktycznych uczniów poprzez doposażenie pracowni przedmiotowych.Zakres merytoryczny projektu obejmuje wykorzystanie pozytywnie zwalidowanego programu nauczania stworzonego w ramach projektu innowacyjnego pt.:” Stworzenie innowacyjnego programu interaktywnych form prowadzenia zajęć z zakresu przedmiotów ścisłych dla uczniów klas 4-6 SP” w ramach PO KL 2007-13.Projekt w całości rozliczany ryczałtowo, wartość projektu: 285 387,68 zł, w tym wkład własny niefinansowy w postaci udostępnienia sal lekcyjnych 14 550,00 zł(5,10%).Projekt jest komplementarny z projektem infrastrukturalnym współfinansowanym ze środków EFRR w ramach WRPO 2014+.
