Property / summary
The project consists of the construction of a 250 kW photovoltaic power plant and the purchase of an energy bank together with the necessary infrastructure. The installation will be located on plot No 159. located within the geodesic to Bobrowniki, the municipality of Chociwel, the district of Stargard Szczeciński, West Pomerania Province. As part of the project, the applicant will construct a photovoltaic installation with the necessary infrastructure. Under the planned investment an area does not exceed 0.50 ha. The applicant is the owner of the property. The area currently planned for the project is not built on, mainly covered by the meadows. Once the grant agreement is signed, the applicant will select a contractor who will supply the installation and install it. The installation will then be commissioned and will be followed by the installation and reception of the installation. The installation planned for performance is rather cost intensive per unit of capacity. This is linked to the high cost of its equipment in energy banks. However, this is a necessary element in view of the fact that it is intended to make use of the energy produced practically in a single connection, i.e. the consignee, which is determined to collect all the energy generated from the installation for its purpose (letter of intent). It is assumed that only a marginal part of the energy will be diverted to the grid. On the other hand, nearly all the energy produced will be distributed to the consignee by the end or after it has been stored in the energy bank. This approach guarantees a much better energy price justifying the need for higher investment, as assumed in the financial analysis of the project. An additional justification is that the energy supply will take place almost without the slightest loss. (English)

    Projekt polega na budowie instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 250 kW oraz zakupie banku energii wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą. Instalacja zostanie zlokalizowana na działce nr 159. położonej w obrębie geodezyjnym Bobrowniki, gmina Chociwel, powiat Stargard Szczeciński województwo zachodniopomorskie. W ramach realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca wybuduje instalację fotowoltaiczną wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą. Pod planowaną inwestycję przeznaczony jest obszar nie przekraczający 0,50 ha. Wnioskodawca jest właścicielem nieruchomości. Aktualnie teren pod planowane przedsięwzięcie jest niezabudowany, porośnięty w głównej mierze roślinnością łąkową. Po podpisaniu umowy o dofinansowanie Wnioskodawca wyłoni wykonawcę, który dostarczy instalację i ją zamontuje. Następnie zostanie zamówiona instalacja, a po jej dostarczeniu nastąpi jej montaż i odbiór. Planowana do wykonania instalacja jest dosyć kosztochłonna w przeliczeniu na jednostkę jej mocy produkcyjnej. Jest to związane z wysokim kosztem jej wyposażenia w banki energii. Jednak jest to element niezbędny ze względu na fakt, że zakłada się wykorzystanie wyprodukowanej energii praktycznie w jednym miejscu przyłączenia tj. odbiorcą , który jest zdecydowany odebrać całość energii wytworzonej z instalacji na jego potrzeby (list intencyjny). Zakłada się, że jedynie marginalna część energii skierowana będzie do sieci. Natomiast niemalże cała wyprodukowana energia trafi do odbiorcy przez przyłącze lub po wcześniejszym jej zmagazynowaniu w banku energii. Takie podejście gwarantuje uzyskanie znacznie lepszej ceny za energię uzasadniając konieczność poniesienia wyższych nakładów, co założono w analizie finansowej przedmiotowego projektu. Dodatkowym uzasadnieniem jest fakt, że dostawa energii odbędzie się praktycznie bez najmniejszych strat. (Polish)
