Project Mon. “Reducing greenhouse gas emissions by using renewable energy sources for the production of heat and electricity for public utility facilities at ul. Wałecka 49 in Czaplink" assumes the replacement of an outdated gas boiler room, heating the building complex of the Primary School in Czaplink (Basic School, Kindergarten, Public Library) and the Widowiskowo – Sport Hall in Czaplink, using renewable energy sources (heat pumps and photovoltaic installations). Due to cost efficiency and improving the management of individual facilities for the buildings of the Elementary School and the View-Sport Hall, independent energy supply solutions have been designed. 1. The following solution is planned for primary school buildings: the replacement of existing gas boilers for heat pumps with wells (ground exchangers) with a total capacity of 250 kW for every and cwu needs. If heat pumps are used, a second heat source is required as a peak source (with negative temperatures below – 5 °C) – a new condensation boiler with a capacity of 350 kW will be installed, (b) modernisation of boiler and heating elements in school buildings, c) construction of photovoltaic installation on roofs of school buildings with a capacity of 16,2 kWp. 2. The following solution is planned for the buildings of the View and Sports Hall: a) Installation of wells (ground exchangers) with a total power of 170 kW for every needs. If heat pumps are used, a second heat source is required as a peak source (with negative temperatures below – 5 °C) – a new condensation boiler with a capacity of 250 kW and a gas connection will be installed. b) modernisation of the boiler room and regulation of the heating system in the hall building, c) construction of a 10.26 kWp photovoltaic installation for the hall that will be installed on the roof of the school building. Projekt pn. „Ograniczenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych poprzez wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii do produkcji ciepła i energii elektrycznej dla obiektów użyteczności publicznej przy ul. Wałeckiej 49 w Czaplinku” zakłada zastąpienie przestarzałej kotłowni gazowej, ogrzewającej kompleks budynków Szkoły Podstawowej w Czaplinku ( Szkoła Podstawowa, Przedszkole, Biblioteka Publiczna) i Hali Widowiskowo – Sportowej w Czaplinku, z wykorzystaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii (pompy ciepła i instalacje fotowoltaiczne). Z uwagi na efektywność kosztową i usprawnienie zarządzania poszczególnymi obiektami dla budynków Szkoły Podstawowej i Hali Widowiskowo-Sportowej zaprojektowane zostały niezależne rozwiązania zasilania energetycznego. 1.
