The investment: ‘The energy modernisation of a multi-apartment residential building unit in the framework of the ITI strategy for the Szczecin Metropolitan Area’ implemented by the Community of Housing of 2056 at ul. Koszalin 6 in Szczecin is a comprehensive deep energy renovation of multi-family apartment building. The investment in question is based on the nature of the project and is located in Szczecin on No: 5/2 with regard to the Nad Odra (3090). The community housing stock has 6 housing units, including 3 communal/social housing units (representing at least 50 % of all housing). This will include the overriding objective of reducing environmental degradation by reducing emissions of pollutants/greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. The main objective pursued by the project is the reduction of the energy intensity of the multi-apartment building, the integration of the environment into the environment and the improvement of energy security (detailed in SW-Annex.1). The scope of the investment shall indicate, in addition to the preparation phase of the project documentation and the services relating to the activities in the construction process and the promotion of the project, the implementation phase, i.e. the construction and construction phase of deep thermal modernisation with the accompanying works, consisting of the following improvements: 1. The insulation of the building envelope together with the accompanying works. 2. Replacement of window and door frames and associated works. 3. Replacement of lighting on energy efficient parts of the common building and associated works. 4. Modernisation of service and support installations. The primary objective of the project is to reduce the degree of environmental degradation by reducing the emissions of pollutants/greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. (English)

    Inwestycja pn. „Modernizacja energetyczne wielorodzinnego budynku mieszkaniowego w ramach strategii ZIT dla Szczecińskiego Obszaru Metropolitalnego” realizowana przez Wspólnotę Mieszkaniową nr 2056 przy ul. Koszalińskiej 6 w Szczecinie to kompleksowa głęboka modernizacja energetyczna wielorodzinnego budynku mieszkaniowego. Przedmiotowa inwestycja na charakter projektu stracjonalnego i jest zlokalizowana w Szczecinia na dz. nr: 5/2 obręb Nad Odrą (3090). Wspólnota mieszkaniowa w swych zasobach posiada 6 lokali mieszkalnych, w tym 3 lokale komunalne / socjalne (co stanowi przynajmniej 50% wszystkich lokali mieszkalnych). Obejmować będzie swym celem nadrzędnym zmniejszenie stopnia degradacji środowiska naturalnego poprzez zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń/ gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery. Głównym celem, do którego osiągnięcia zmierza realizacja przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia jest zmniejszenie energochłonności budynku wielomieszkaniowego, zintegrowanie przestrzeni SOM w ujęciu środowiskowym oraz poprawa bezpieczeństwa energetycznego (szczegółowo opisano w SW– zał.nr1). Zakres inwestycji wskazuje, oprócz etapu przygotowania dokumentacji projektu i usługi dotyczących czynności w procesie budowlanym oraz promocji projektu, na etap realizacji tj. prac budowlano-montażowych głębokiej termomodernizacja wraz z pracami towarzyszącymi, składający się z następujących ulepszeń: 1. Wykonanie docieplenia przegród budynku wraz z pracami towarzyszącymi. 2. Wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej wraz z pracami towarzyszącymi. 3. Wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne w częściach wspólnych budynku wraz z pracami towarzyszącymi. 4. Modernizacja instalacji c.o. i c.w.u. wraz z pracami towarzyszącymi. Celem nadrzędnym projektu jest zmniejszenie stopnia degradacji środowiska naturalnego poprzez zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń/ gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery. (Polish)
