Przedmiot projektu stanowi głęboka kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku pływalni miejskiej Ośrodka Sportu i Rekreacji OSiR Stargard Sp. z o.o. przy ul. Szczecińskiej 35 w Stargardzie. Zaplanowano realizację 4 zadań Zadanie nr 1: Roboty budowlane, Zadanie nr 2: Inżynier Kontraktu, Zadanie nr 3: Zarządzanie projektu, Zadanie nr 4: Promocja projektu. W ramach projektu planowany jest następujący zakres prac termomodernizacyjnych: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, docieplenie ścian poniżej poziomu gruntu, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wymiana instalacji c.o. i c.w.u. oraz zastosowanie armatury wodooszczędnej, - objęcie całego obiektu wentylacją mechaniczną i częściowo klimatyzacją, wymiana węzła cieplnego, wymiana oświetlenia na LED, zastosowanie systemu odzyskiwania ciepła z obiegu wody basenowej.
