The project consists of a complete energy modernisation of the existing workshop and garage facility of the Biesiekierz commune in Biesiekierz. The workshop and economic building of the Biesiekierz commune is a one-storey building, unreliable, built in a brick structure with a usable area of 393.30 m², of which as much as 303.9 m² occupies a garage used by the Municipal Technical Service. It was originally intended to serve as a firehouse, but due to the sufficient number of buildings for this purpose in the commune (there are four Volunteer Fire Brigades in the municipality, three of them have firehouses. One is not equipped with a vehicle, so there is no need for it). Construction works will be carried out, including: Demolition works; Concrete substrates and floor insulation; Carpentry and door and window locksmith; The flooring; Facades – warming, Electrical robots: Lighting installation; Lightning installation; Electrical tests and measurements + dismantling, sanitary robots and central heating: Installation of cold water – farm room, Installation of cold and hot water – social room, Installation of central heating. Projekt polega na kompletnej modernizacji energetycznej istniejącego obiektu warsztatowo – garażowego Gminy Biesiekierz w miejscowości Biesiekierz. Budynek warsztatowy i gospodarczy Gminy Biesiekierz jest obiektem jednokondygnacyjnym, niepodpiwniczonym, postawionym w konstrukcji murowanej o powierzchni użytkowej 393,30 m2, z której aż 303,9 m2 zajmuje garaż użytkowany przez Gminne Służby Techniczne. Pierwotnie obiekt ten miał pełnić funkcję remizy strażackiej, jednakże ze względu na wystarczającą ilość budynków o tym przeznaczeniu w gminie (W gminie występują cztery Ochotnicze Straże Pożarne, w tym trzy posiadają remizy. Jedna nie posiada na wyposażeniu pojazdu, w związku z czym nie występuje potrzeba). Wykonane będą roboty budowlane, w tym: Roboty rozbiórkowe; Podłoża betonowe i izolacje posadzek; Stolarka i ślusarka drzwiowa i okienna; Posadzki; Elewacje – docieplenia, Roboty elektryczne: Instalacja oświetleniowa; Instalacja odgromowa; Badania i pomiary elektryczne + demontaże, Roboty sanitarne i c.o.: Instalacja wody zimnej - pomieszczenie gospodarcze, Instalacja wody zimnej i ciepłej - pomieszczenie socjalne, Instalacja centralnego ogrzewania.
