Przedmiotem projektu jest dokonanie prac termomodernizacyjnych w trzech świetlicach wiejskich w Gminie Szczecinek,znajdujących się w miejscowościach Wilcze Laski,Turowo i Parsęcko.Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje prace:1) Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych styropianem EPS 100 o grubości 16 cm i współczynniku przewodności cieplnej ?=0,036 W/mk,2)Pokrycie dachu papą i blachodachówką,3)Rozbiórkę wierzchnich warstw istniejącej posadzki na gruncie,ocieplenie podłogi na gruncie polistyrenem ekstradowanym XPS grubości 5 cm o współczynniku przewodności cieplnej ?=0,034W/mK, wykonanie nowych warstw posadzki z płytek terakota,4)Wymianę okien drewnianych,5)Wymianę drzwi zewnętrznych,6)Wprowadzenie wentylacji mechanicznej nawiewno–wywiewnej z rekuperacją ciepła,7)Kompleksowa wymiana instalacji grzewczej poprzez wymianę kotła opalanego węglem na nowy kocioł opalany ekogroszkiem z automatyczną regulacją procesu spalania i zasobnikiem na opał,8)Remont schodów, oraz inne prace określone dla każdego obiektu osobno.Więcej szczegółów SW.2.1.2,3.1.3;4.1.3.2.Powyższe prace są konieczne aby zrealizować zaplanowany zakres związany z termomodernizacją i doprowadzić do zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej biektów.Termomodernizacji zostaną poddane 3 budynki o powierzchni 860,2 m2.Tym samym projekt doprowadzi do zm.emisji CO2 na tym obszarze aż o 150,7 tCO2 tj.o 65,46% (wartość pierwotna 230,2 ,wartość docelowa–79,5 toeCO2) rocznie oraz zm.zużycie energii pierwotnej w poszczególnych obiektach aż o 489991 kWh/rok,energii końcowej o 1601,4GJ/rok.Co ważne Gm.Szczecinek potwierdza, iż bezpośrednio po zakończeniu inwestycji możliwe będzie korzystanie z produktów wytworzonych w wyniku realizacji projektu. Dodatkowo możliwym będzie wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności infrastruktury i nie będzie to wymagało dodatkowych działań (innych nakładów) w celu jej pełnego wykorzystania.Gmina posiada także odpowiednie zasoby techniczne,kadrowe i wiedzę gwarantującą uruchomienie funkcjonowania infr.po zakończeniu projekt (Polish)
