The main objective of the project is to increase the competences of 80 students (8K) out of 100 pupils (10K) supported by the project, and to increase the level of competence and/or qualification of 9 teachers (7K) out of 10 teachers (8K) supported, through the implementation by 07.2019 of the programme of support for pupils and teachers of the School of High Schools, which were carried out in schools and schools. The diagnosis was approved by the school’s governing body. The support planned under the project will be consistent with the diagnosis. As part of the project, pupils will develop or acquire the competence necessary for the assessment of seniors at a level that gives the possibility of further education at universities. The acquired key competences will also be necessary in the future in the labour market (language, mathematical, physical, biological, as well as in the field of entrepreneurship). In addition, pupils will develop the right attitudes (creativity, innovation, group work) among others by participating in the activities of the organisation outside of classes and school. In addition, by participating in courses, teachers will acquire the necessary competencies and qualifications in the application of methods and forms of teaching that are conducive to shaping and developing key students and the right attitudes/skills. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych 80 uczniów (8K) spośród 100 uczniów (10K) objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu, oraz podniesienie poziomu kompetencji i/lub kwalifikacji 9 nauczycieli (7K) spośród 10 nauczycieli (8K) objętych wsparciem, poprzez realizację do 07.2019r. programu wsparcia dla uczniów i nauczycieli Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych Nr 2 w Gnieźnie, obejmującego realizację dodatk. zajęć pozalekcyjnych, zajęć organizowanych poza lekcjami i szkołą (udział w wykładach na uczelniach, wyjazdy edukacyjne), a także kursów dla nauczycieli oraz doposażenie szkolnych pracowni w narzędzia do nauczania przedmiotów przyrodniczych i matematyki.Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane potrzeby ZSP2, które zostały ujęte w przeprowadzonej przed złożeniem projektu (V-VI.2016r.) Diagnozie potrzeb w zakresie obszaru wsparcia. Diagnoza została zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący szkoły. Zaplanowane w ramach projektu wsparcie będzie zgodne z Diagnozą. W ramach projektu uczniowie rozwiną lub nabędą kompet. kluczowe konieczne do zdania egz. maturalnych na poziomie dającym możliwość dalszej nauki na wyższych uczelniach. Nabyte kompetencje kluczowe będą także niezbędne w przyszłości na rynku pracy (językowe, matematyczne, fizyczne, biologiczne, a także z zakresu przedsiębiorczości). Poza tym rozwiną się u uczniów właściwe postawy (kreatywność, innowacyjność, praca w grupie) m.in. poprzez udział w zajęciach organiz. poza lekcjami i szkołą. Poza tym nauczyciele poprzez udział w kursach nabędą niezbędne kompet. i kwalifik. w zakresie stosowania metod oraz form nauczania sprzyjających kształtowaniu i rozwijaniu u uczniów komp. kluczowych oraz właściwych postaw/umiejętności.
