The aim of the project is to increase by 5.06 % from the school year 2017/2018 the number of children covered by pre-school education in public kindergartens run by the Municipality of Koszalin by creating in kindergarten no.37 in Koszalin 125 additional pre-school places for 3 and 4 year old children and to adapt existing places for 33 children with disabilities (16K,17M) in the Integration Preschool and Special Kindergarten No. 36 in Koszalin. The following results will be achieved: 5 (5K,0M) pre-primary education teachers will be qualified or will acquire competences after leaving the programme, which will make it possible to adapt working methods to the needs of children with disabilities, by 5.06 % the number of children supported by pre-school education will increase by 5.06 %. The project’s target group consists of public kindergartens in Koszalin run by the Municipality of Koszalin: Kindergarten No. 37, Integration Preschool, Special Kindergarten No. 36 in the Special School and Educational Center. In addition, the target group consists of disabled children subject to care and pre-primary education in PI and PS36, pre-primary education teachers employed in these kindergartens, as well as children subject to pre-school education in newly created facilities in kindergarten 37. The target groups of the project being natural persons are people coming from the area of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, i.e. resident, working, learning in the area of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship within the meaning of the KC. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie o 5,06% od roku szkolnego 2017/2018 liczby dzieci objętych edukacją przedszkolną w przedszkolach publicznych prowadzonych przez Gminę Miasto Koszalin poprzez utworzenie w Przedszkolu nr 37 w Koszalinie 125 dodatkowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dla dzieci 3 i 4-letnich oraz dostosowanie istniejących miejsc dla 33 dzieci niepełnosprawnych (16K,17M) w Przedszkolu Integracyjnym i Przedszkolu Specjalnym nr 36 w Koszalinie. Zostaną osiągnięte następujące rezultaty: 5 (5K,0M) nauczycieli wychowania przedszkolnego uzyska kwalifikacje lub nabędzie kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu, które umożliwią dostosowanie metod pracy do potrzeb dzieci niepełnosprawnych, wzrośnie o 5,06% liczba dzieci objęta wsparciem w ramach edukacji przedszkolnej. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią przedszkola publiczne z Koszalina prowadzone przez Gminę Miasto Koszalin: Przedszkole nr 37, Przedszkole Integracyjne, Przedszkole Specjalne nr 36 w Specjalnym Ośrodku Szkolno-Wychowawczym. Ponadto grupę docelową stanowią dzieci niepełnosprawne objęte opieką i wychowaniem przedszkolnym w PI i PS36, nauczyciele wychowania przedszkolnego zatrudnieni w tych przedszkolach, a także dzieci objęte wychowaniem przedszkolnym na nowo utworzonych miejscach w Przedszkolu 37. Grupy docelowe projektu będące osobami fizycznymi to osoby pochodzące z obszaru woj. zachodniopomorskiego, tj. zamieszkałe, pracujące, uczące się na obszarze woj. zachodniopomorskiego w rozumieniu KC.
