The project “Family with strong support” was directed to 30 families from the Ostródzki county, including foster families and people with foster care. The participants of the activities are 60 people The support is also planned for the immediate environment of people taking part in the project activities. The aim of the project is to increase, in the period 01.01.2018-31.10.2019, the availability of social services for 60 persons, including 39K and 21M meeting the criteria for participation in the district of Ostródzki. This will be achieved through a personalised approach to family problems, based on a diagnosis and a work plan with the family, monitored on an ongoing basis by professionals involved. Working methods will be selected according to existing needs. Within the various actions, the following are planned: individual work with the family through support of the assistant/consultant of the family/coordinator of foster care and social worker. Specialised support has been ensured: psychologist, educator, therapist, lawyer or mediator. An important element of the project is the social integration implemented by: workshops for parents, social and preventive skills workshops, family trips, family days. The result will be an increase in caring and educational skills, the ability to spend time together in the family, as well as an increase in knowledge and motivation to change the situation in the family. Projekt "Rodzina wsparciem silna" został skierowany do 30 rodzin z powiatu ostródzkiego w tym rodziny zastępcze i osoby z pieczy zastępczej. posiadających trudności opiekuńczo-wychowawcze. Uczestnikami działań jest 60 osób Wsparcie zaplanowano również dla najbliższego otoczenia osób biorących udział w działaniach projektowych. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie, w okresie 01.01.2018-31.10.2019r., dostępności usług społecznych dla 60 osób, w tym 39K i 21M spełniających kryteria uczestnictwa na terenie powiatu ostródzkiego. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez zindywidualizowane podejście do problemów rodziny, na podstawie przeprowadzonej diagnozy i sporządzonego planu pracy z rodziną, monitorowanego na bieżąco przez zaangażowanych specjalistów. Metody pracy dobrane zostaną adekwatne do istniejących potrzeb. W ramach poszczególnych działań zaplanowano: indywidualną pracę z rodziną poprzez wsparcie asystenta/konsultanta rodziny/koordynatora pieczy zastępczej oraz pracownika socjalnego. Zapewniona została możliwość korzystania ze specjalistycznego wsparcia: psychologa, pedagoga, terapeuty, prawnika czy mediatora. Istotnym elementem projektu jest integracja społeczna realizowana poprzez: warsztaty dla rodziców, warsztaty umiejętności społecznych i profilaktyczne, wyjazdy rodzinne, dni rodziny. Efektem będzie zwiększenie umiejętności opiekuńczo-wychowawcze, umiejętności wspólnego spędzania czasu wolnego w rodzinie, a także wzrost wiedzy i motywacja do zmiany sytuacji w rodzinie. (Polish)
