Projekt zakłada aktywizację społeczno - zawodową 100 os. zagrożonych wykluczeniem społ. z terenu gmin położonych w wiejskich obszarach funkcjonalnych wymagających wsparcia procesów rozwojowych w Wielkopolsce (regionalne OSI) - obszar wymieniony w punkcie 3.3. wniosku.Proj. zakłada realizację pełnej ścieżki społ. – zawodowej przyczyniającej się do wzrostu kompetencji lub kwalifikacji i zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia w/w osób dostosowanych do potrzeb rynku pracy oraz indywidualnych predyspozycji zawodowych uczestników wynikających z diagnozy przygotowanej w ramach IPD. Wszystkie działania realizowane w ramach projektu są ukierunkowane na zwiększenie aktywności uczestników na rynku pracy i tym samym zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia w WielkopolsceDziałania przewidziane w ramach projektu dla 100 osób:1.
