"Aktywny rozwój drogą do zatrudnienia" zostanie zrealizowany na obszarze województwa wielkopolskiego (powiaty średzki, wągrowiecki, chodzieski i złotowski) przez Stowarzyszenie Aktywnego Wspierania Gospodarki - podmiot posiadający doświadcz. w aktywizacji społecznej, zawodowej i edukacyjnej osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym.Cel gł.pr.: Zniwelowanie barier skutecznej integracji z rynkiem pracy wśród 57 osób (34K) bezrobotnych lub nieaktywnych zawodowo, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym także osób niepełnosprawnych z powiatu średzkiego poprzez realizację w terminie 01.06.2017-31.03.2019 kompleksowego i indywidualnego programu aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej.
