Projekt ma na celu wsparcie istniejącej pieczy zastępczej i placówek opiekuńczo wychowawczych oraz rozwójrodzinnej pieczy zastępczej poprzez zwiększenie liczby osób mających kwalifikacje do prowadzenia rodziny zastępczej. Zakłada pozyskanie i wykwalifikowanie kandydatów na rodziców zastępczych. Działania projektowe obejmują wyposażenie COPOW oraz inkubatora w sprzęt niezbędny do realizacji działań. Organizację wsparcia i pomocy dla podopiecznych w placówkach, inkubatorze oraz dla rodzin zastępczych. Również kampania promująca rodziny zastępcze i szkolenia dla kandydatów. (Polish)
