The project aims to develop the social economy sector and increase its importance in the economy by increasing the level of employment in social enterprises and the development of the social economy sector in the Szczecin region. The activities envisaged in the project are addressed to: individuals and entities aimed at establishing a social enterprise and social enterprises, including social cooperatives. West-Pomeranian Network of Social Economic Support Centres through the use of individual support paths based on instruments such as: training, including vocational training, advice, including professional counseling, psychological support, mentoring, coaching, as well as the opportunity to familiarise themselves with entities operating in the social economy sector (study visits), will help to improve the knowledge and skills needed to set up and/or run and/or develop a social enterprise, including social cooperatives for the recipients of project activities, i.e. 40 physicists. (including 25 K) aimed at establishing a social enterprise and at least 2 entities targeting the establishment of FVCs and/or 2 FVCs (including cooperatives). The next 20 permanent jobs will be created, which will be created by allocating funding to a social enterprise to create a new job in the social economy sector, which also entails the creation of new social enterprises in the Szczecin region. New jobs will be supported, for a stable strengthening of business competences of the recipients of activities, over the next 12 months by providing bridge support in financial form and as part of individualised advice, including coaching, mentoring. Projekt dąży do rozwoju sektora ekonomii społecznej i wzrostu jego znaczenia w gospodarce poprzez wzrost poziomu zatrudnienia w przedsiębiorstwach społecznych i rozwój sektora ekonomii społecznej w regionie szczecineckim. Działania przewidziane w projekcie skierowane są do: osób fizycznych i podmiotów ukierunkowanych na założenie przedsiębiorstwa społecznego oraz przedsiębiorstw społecznych, w tym spółdzielni socjalnych. Sieć Zachodniopomorska Ośrodków Wsparcia Ekonomii Społecznej dzięki zastosowaniu indywidualnych ścieżek wsparcia bazujących na instrumentach takich jak: szkolenia, w tym szkolenia zawodowe, doradztwo, w tym doradztwo zawodowe, wsparcie psychologiczne, mentoring, coaching, a także możliwość zapoznania się z podmiotami funkcjonującymi w sektorze ekonomii społecznej (wizyty studyjne), umożliwi podniesienie wiedzy i umiejętności potrzebnych do założenia i/lub prowadzenia i/lub rozwijania przedsiębiorstwa społecznego, w tym spółdzielni socjalnej odbiorcom działań projektowych, tj. 40 osób fiz. (w tym 25 K) ukierunkowane na założenie przedsiębiorstwa społecznego oraz min. 2 podmioty ukierunkow. na założenie PS i/lub 2 PS (w tym spółdzielnie). Następnie zostanie utworzonych 20 trwałych miejsc pracy, które powstaną dzięki przyznaniu środków finansowych przedsiębiorstwa społecznego na stworzenie nowego miejsca pracy w sektorze ekonomii społecznej, co wiąże się również z powstawaniem nowych przedsiębiorstw społecznych w regionie szczecineckim. Nowe miejsca pracy wspierane będą, dla stabilnego wzmocnienia kompetencji biznesowych odbiorców działań, w okresie kolejnych 12 miesięcy poprzez przyznanie wsparcia pomostowego w formie finansowej oraz w ramach zindywidualizowanego doradztwa, w tym coaching, mentoring. Kompleksowość działań będzie zapewniona dzięki ścisłej współpracy SZOWES z otoczeniem sektora ekonomii społecznej, w tym ośrodkami pomocy społecznej, powiatowymi urzędami pracy, przedstawicielami biznesu lokalnego (Polish)
