Within the scope of the project, it is planned to increase the level of activity of 40 disabled people living in Szczecin by implementing an individual and comprehensive support path by 06.2020, as a result of which at least 20 people will take up employment. The above-mentioned objective will be achieved through the establishment and day-to-day management of the Szczecin Centre for the Activation of Persons with Disabilities, which will lead to the activation of people with disabilities in particular by placing activities in the field of ICT. The envisaged forms of support for participants are: creation of the Szczecin Centre for the Activation of Persons with Disabilities; carrying out the identification, recruitment and diagnosis of participants; individual Training of Social Competences; organisation of health rehabilitation, integration meetings aimed at levelling barriers, social activation, stimulating cooperation between full and disabled people (ON), organisation of trainings for interpersonal development, memory training – mental improvement; implementation of three IT trainings in accordance with DIGCOMP 6; carrying out one photographic training, completed by an examination in the profession; implementation of 3-month internships in industry enterprises; organisation of real support in obtaining employment. Indicators: Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion supported in the programme: 40 people; Employment efficiency ratio for persons with severe disabilities, persons with intellectual disabilities and persons with coupled disabilities – at least 22 %; Employment efficiency ratio for people at risk of poverty or social exclusion – at least 32 %; Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion working after leaving the programme – at least 20 people.     W zakresie realizacji projektu zaplanowano podniesienie poziomu aktywności 40 osób niepełnosprawnych zamieszkujących w Szczecinie poprzez zrealizowanie do 06.2020r. indywidualnej i kompleksowej ścieżki wsparcia, w wyniku której co najmniej 20 os. podejmie zatrudnienie. Wyżej wymieniony cel zostanie realizowany poprzez utworzenie oraz bieżące zarządzanie Szczecińskim Centrum Aktywizacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych, które poprowadzi aktywizację osób niepełnosprawnych szczególny nacisk kładąc działalność w obszarze ICT. Przewidziane formy wsparcia dla uczestników, to: stworzenie Szczecińskiego Centrum Aktywizacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych; przeprowadzenie identyfikacji, rekrutacji i diagnozy uczestników; przeprowadzenie Indywidualnego Treningu Kompetencji Społecznych; organizacja rehabilitacji zdrowotnej, spotkań integracyjnych mających na celu niwelację barier, aktywizacje społeczną, pobudzenie współpracy między osobami pełnosprawnymi i niepełnosprawnymi (ON), organizacja treningów rozwoju interpersonalnego, treningu pamięci – doskonalenia umysłu; realizacja trzech szkoleń informatycznych, zgodnie ze standardem DIGCOMP 6; realizacja jednego szkolenia fotograficznego, zakończonego egzaminem czeladniczym w zawodzie; realizacja 3 - miesięcznych staży w przedsiębiorstwach branżowych; organizacja realnego wsparcia w uzyskaniu zatrudnienia.
