The main objective of the project called “NAME EQUIPMENTS IN SKOLENIU AND ZATRUDNIENIU – the active integration of residents and residents of the Wałecki District leading to employment in the ZAZ” is the active integration of 40 persons (23K; 17M) of the newly established (from 18.) inhabitants/inhabitants of the district of Wałcki Region, social exclusion from the group of people, or employment. The project assumes the use of active integration services of the nature of: social, educational, health and professional. Each UP project will be covered by the Individual Reintegration Path/DRA/adapted to diagnosed needs at the recruitment stage. The most important results of the project are: 1/34UP (19K; 15M) acquires competence;2/13 UP (8K; 5M) obtain professional qualifications; 3/29 UP (17K; 12M) will take up employment; 4/Creating administrative structure, retrofitting departments and obtaining the status of ZAZ. Main tasks to be carried out under the project: 1/active social, health, educational and social integration of the PU designated by the SCI; 2/active integration of a professional nature designated by the SPA; 3/Creation of organizational and administrative structures of ZAZ together with retrofitting of departments: catering, green spaces, laundry, assembly and dismantling. 4/Employment of employees in the newly created ZAZ. Celem głównym projektu pn."NASZE RÓWNE SZANSE W SZKOLENIU I ZATRUDNIENIU - aktywna integracja Mieszkanek i Mieszkańców Powiatu Wałeckiego prowadząca do zatrudnienia w ZAZ" jest aktywna integracja 40 osób (23K;17M)dorosłych (od 18r.ż.) mieszkańców/mieszkanek Powiatu Wałeckiego woj.zach-pom,rekrutujących się z grupy os.zagrożonych ubóstwem lub/i wykluczeniem społecznym,szczególnie os.niepełnosp. ze znacznym lub/i umiarkowanym stop. niepełnosprawności,z niepełnosp. intelektualną i niepełnosp. sprzężonymi,poprzez kompleksowe przygotowanie do podjęcia pracy w nowo utworzonym ZAZ w Wałczu do 31.12.18r. Projekt zakłada wykorzystanie usług aktywn. integracji o charakterze: społecznym, edukacyjnym, zdrowotnym i zawodowym. Każdy z UP proj. zostanie objęty Indywidualną Ścieżką Reintegracji /dal.IŚR/ dopasowaną do zdiagnozowanych potrzeb na etapie rekrutacji. Najważniejsze rezultaty realizacji projektu: 1/ 34UP (19K;15M) nabędzie kompetencje;2/ 13 UP (8K; 5M) uzyska kwalifikacje zawodowe; 3/29 UP (17K;12M) podejmie zatrudnienie; 4/Utworzenie struktury organizacyjno administracyjnej, doposażenie działów oraz uzyskanie statusu ZAZ. Główne zadania, które zostaną zrealizowane w ramach projektu: 1/aktywna integracja społeczna, zdrowotna, edukacyjna UP wyznaczona przez IŚR; 2/ aktywna integracja o charakterze zawodowym wyznaczona przez IŚR; 3/ Utworzenie struktur organizacyjnych i administracyjnych ZAZ wraz z doposażeniem działów: gastronomicznego, obsługi terenów zielonych, pralni, montażu i demontażu. 4/ Zatrudnienie pracowników w nowo utworzonym ZAZ. Niniejszy projekt jest komplementarny do projektu „Przebudowa, rozbudowa, adaptacja(…)/DZ.9.2,RPO WZ 2014-20, Umowa nr RPZP.09.02.00-32-0014/16/, którego celem jest remont i dostosowanie budynków z przeznaczeniem na ZAZ.
