The project will be implemented in the period I.18-XII.19 of the KIS in Full persons in the area of Gm. The objective is active inclusion in the area of the social and professional spheres. the increasing employment of 30os (20k; 10M) at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, including the 8s. (4k; 4M) for which the 3 rd aid profile and the 4s were set. (2k; 2M) with a disability of the municipality of Rezyczyce in the period I.18-XII.19. The following activities have been set up within the framework of the project: — Inclusion of participants in the contract in line with the model of the social contract and the reintegration path. — Active inclusion services for 30o. social: the provision of specialised advice, targeted workshops for raising social competences, organisation of the event. And Integrated Meetings. — vocational support for 12os. including 8os. for which III profile of the aid has been established with a 4os. with a disability: coaching, professional counselling, qualification training, traineeship placements in local companies per ter. The ReFull and the social works that are financially useful for the Applicant as an own contribution to the Proj. The support is addressed to the unemployed for whom the application of labour market instruments and services alone is insufficient and there is a need to apply, as a first step, active social inclusion services in that respect for which III has been established in accordance with the law of 20.04.2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. Project results: — obtaining a qualification by 4os. Job search for 8os. Work done by 5os. Social activation 11os. — the employment of 1persons with a significant degree of disability, with a disability of intellectual property and with a disability with a connection — social activation 2-severely disabled — with a disability — intellectual property and a disability with a disability — acquisition of competence by 20os.     Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie I.18-XII.19 w ramach KIS w Pełczycach na terenie Gm. Pełczyce (woj. zach-pom). Celem proj. jest aktywna integracja w obszarze społ. i zawod. zwiększająca zatrudnienie 30os.(20K;10M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym w tym 8os. (4K;4M) dla których ustalono III profil pomocy i 4os. (2K;2M) z niepełnospr.z terenu Gminy Pełczyce w okresie I.18-XII.19. W ramach projektu założone zostały następujące działania: - Objęcie uczestników umową na wzór kontraktu socjalnego i ścieżką reintegracji. - Usługi aktywnej integracji skierowane do 30os. o charakterze społecznym: realizacja poradnictwa specjalistycznego, warsztaty zajęciowe podnoszące kompetencje społeczne, organizacja wyj. I spotkań Integracyjnych. - wsparcie o charakterze zawodowym skierowane do 12os. w tym 8os. dla których ustalono III profil pomocy i 4os. z niepełnospr.: coaching, doradztwo zawodo., szkolenia kwalifikacyjne, staże zawod. w lokalnych przedsiębiorstwach na ter. Gm. Pełczyce oraz prace społeczno – użyteczne finansowane ze środków Wnioskodawcy jako wkład własny w proj. Wsparcie kierowane jest do os. bezrobotnych wobec których zastosowanie wyłącznie instrumentów i usług rynku pracy jest niewystarczające i istnieje konieczność zastosowania w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społ. w tym dla os. dla których ustalano III profil pomocy zgodnie z ustawą z dn. 20.04.2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Rezultaty osiągnięte w ramach projektu: - uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez 4os. - poszukiwanie pracy przez 8os. - podjęcie pracy przez 5os. - zaktywizowanie społeczne 11os. - podjęcia pracy przez 1os. o znacznym stopniu niepełnospr., z niepełnospr. intelektualną oraz z niepełnospr. sprzężonymi - zaktywizowanie społeczne 2os. o znacznym stopniu niepełnospr., z niepełnospr. intelektualną oraz z niepełnospr. sprzężonymi - nabycie kompetencji przez 20os.
