Przedmiotem projektu jest nabycie innowacyjnych maszyn i urządzeń produkcyjnych do obróbki stali elementów stalowych oraz nabycie zaawansowanego oprogramowania do zarządzania i planowania procesu produkcyjnego. W ramach projektu GIPO zamierza nabyć innowacyjne maszyny klasy CNC zgodnie z poniższym zestawieniem: i. Piła taśmowa CNC w pełni automatyczna, ii. Centrum tokarskie CNC nowej generacji, iii. Frezarka 5 osiowa CNC, iv. Dłutownica CNC do obróbki skrawaniem, v. Ramię pomiarowe, które utworzą kompletną linię produkcyjną CNC wykorzystującą technologię wieloosiowej precyzyjnej obróbki mechanicznej elementów wykorzystywanych w liniach technologicznych produkowanych przez GIPO. Dodatkowo w projekcie zakupimy specjalistyczne oprogramowanie APS APSROVA. Inwestycja pozwoli na wprowadzenie: - 4 innowacji w wymiarze produkcyjnym, - 3 innowacji o charakterze procesowym przyczyniając się jednocześnie do wprowadzenia innowacji organizacyjnej w naszym przedsiębiorstwie. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany jako jeden etap w okresie od 2 listopada 2017 do 31 lipca 2018 (Polish)
