The implementation of the project is related to the purchase and implementation of a remotely controlled 5 – axial machining centre with equipment and CAM software into the production process, resulting in the introduction of process and product innovation on a European scale in the company. This was prompted by the Applicant’s market analysis, which showed a very high demand for longer-life consumables. In order to be able to produce tools with desired parameters, the applicant decided to purchase a modern device, which will enable him to introduce in his offer improved products, which he is currently unable to produce. As a result of the project, it will be able to meet customers’ expectations in terms of product quality and durability, innovation, productivity, reliability and work culture. The implementation of the project is another investment activity leading the company to increase the efficiency of the company’s production, increase its competitiveness on the European market, and this entails the modernisation of the KKOBF economy. Realizacja projektu związana jest z zakupem oraz wdrożeniem do procesu produkcyjnego zdalnie sterowanego centrum obróbkowego 5 - osiowego wraz z wyposażeniem oraz oprogramowania CAM, w wyniku czego nastąpi w przedsiębiorstwie wprowadzenie innowacji procesowej oraz produktowej na skalę europejską. Do wprowadzenia powyższego skłoniła Wnioskodawcę analiza rynku, która wykazała bardzo duże zapotrzebowanie na narzędzia zużywalne o wydłużonej żywotności. Aby móc produkować narzędzia o pożądanych parametrach Wnioskodawca podjął decyzję o zakupie nowoczesnego urządzenia, które umożliwi mu wprowadzenie do swojej oferty udoskonalonych produktów, których aktualnie nie jest w stanie wyprodukować. W wyniku realizacji projektu będzie mógł spełnić oczekiwania klientów pod względem jakości i trwałości produktu, innowacyjności, wydajności, niezawodności oraz kultury pracy. Realizacja projektu jest kolejnym działaniem inwestycyjnym prowadzącym przedsiębiorstwo do zwiększenia efektywności produkcji przedsiębiorstwa, podniesienia jego konkurencyjności na rynku europejskim, a co się z tym wiąże do unowocześnienia gospodarki KKOBF.
