The main objective of the project is the socio-professional activation of the target group of 100 people. (56K/44M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, remaining inactive and living in Wielkopolskie Voivodship (=WWLKP) according to the KC, in areas defined as regional OSI, of which:- 10 people. (6K/4M) is a moderately disabled person – 20 people. (12K/8M) is a person experiencing multiple social exclusion, understood as exclusion due to more than one condition- and 70 persons. (40K/30M) is a person benefiting from the OP OF GHS (without the scope of support for those persons does not duplicate the actions that a person has received or receives from the POHs under the accompanying activities referred to in the GHP).The achievement of the objective will ensure the comprehensive actions planned to be implemented under the project: — diagnosis of needs and potentials of the University of Poland completed with the creation of IPD and signing contracts analogous to social contracts, combined with individual psychological and legal and civil counseling (100 % of UP)-group trainings of social competences (100 % of UP)- vocational training responding to the demand for qualifications of the Wielkopolska labour market (60 % of UP)- professional internships enabling UP to acquire experience in the real working environment (80 % of UP)- employment intermediation for 80 % of the UP. The direct result of the project will be the achievement of direct result indicators:Number of persons after leaving the project, who have been qualified: 31 % UP;Number of job seekers: 32 %; Number of persons employed (including on account): 20 %A also achieves socio-employment efficiency indicators at the level of at least 56 % (including employment efficiency on item 22 %), and for ON in significant, intellectually, with coupled disability at the level of min. 46 % (including employment efficiency in item min. 12 %) (English) | |||||||||||||||

Głównym celem proj. jest aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa grupy docelowej 100 os. (56K/44M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, pozostających biernymi zawodowo i zamieszkujących w woj. wielkopolskim (=WWLKP) według KC, na obszarach określonych jako regionalne OSI, z których:- 10 os. (6K/4M) to os. o umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności- 20 os. (12K/8M) to os. doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego, rozumianego jako wykluczenie z powodu więcej niż jednej przesłanki- oraz 70 os. (40K/30M) to os. korzystające z PO PŻ (przy czym zakres wsparcia dla tych osób nie powiela działań, które dana osoba otrzymała lub otrzymuje z PO PŻ w ramach działań towarzyszących, o których mowa w PO PŻ).Osiągnięcie celu zapewnią kompleksowe działania zaplanowane do wdrożenia w ramach proj.: -diagnoza potrzeb i potencjałów UP zakończona utworzeniem IPD oraz podpisanie kontraktów analogicznych do kontraktów socjalnych, połączona z indywidualnym poradnictwem psychologicznym oraz prawno-obywatelskim (100% UP)-grupowe treningi kompetencji społecznych (100% UP)-szkolenia zawodowe odpowiadające na zapotrzebowanie na kwalifikacje wielkopolskiego rynku pracy (60% UP)-staże zawodowe umożliwiające UP nabycie doświadczenia w rzeczywistym środowisku pracy (80% UP)- pośrednictwo pracy dla 80%UP.
