The project “Active Integration – a chance for the future of CIS” is addressed to 62 CIS participants from Rawicz Municipality. The main objective of the project is to reintegrate and rehabilitate people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from 01.06.2016 to 31.05.2019 through participation in CIS. Information on recruitment will be provided in public places, by submitting an application by the interested person or representatives of the institutions (MGOPS, PUP, PCPR, ŚDS, MGOW, ZK). After qualifying the participant, the CIS Manager in cooperation with the participant develops an Individual Social Employment Programme. The implementation of the programme will be responsible for: a social worker, a professional adviser and a professional instructor. Participants will be supported by group and individual activities with psychologist, educator, addiction therapist and professional adviser. The participant will be obliged to take part in classes from 6 to 8 hours a day. The activities will be adapted to the opportunities of participants with special attention to people with disabilities. In the context of professional reintegration, each participant will be obliged, under the supervision of an instructor, to implement a programme comprising: 1. Practical preparation for classes in individual workshops. 2. Preparation of a professional position and tools and materials to perform specific work 3. Performing assigned tasks and cleaning the workstation 4. Compliance with health and safety regulations 5. Learning to cooperate in working groups in the performance of specific tasks. As part of the implementation of the social reintegration programme, the CIS Participant shall participate in: — professional counseling workshops, including job search, CV writing, job search, job search for employment – support groups. Projekt "Aktywna integracja - szansą na przyszłość CIS" skierowany jest do 62 uczestników CIS z Gminy Rawicz. Celem głównym projektu jest reintegracja i rehabilitacja społeczna oraz zawodowa osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym w okresie od 01.06.2016 r. do 31.05.2019 r. poprzez uczestnictwo w CIS. Informacja dot. rekrutacji zostanie zamieszczona w miejscach ogólnodostępnych, odbywać się będzie poprzez złożenie przez osobę zainteresowaną lub przedstawicieli instytucji (MGOPS, PUP, PCPR, ŚDS, MGOW,ZK) wniosku. Po zakwalifikowaniu uczestnika Kierownik CIS we współpracy z uczestnikiem opracowuje Indywidualny Program Zatrudnienia Socjalnego. Za realizację programu odpowiedzialni będą:pracownik socjalny, doradca zawodowy i instruktor zawodu. Uczestnicy będą wspierani zajęciami grupowymi i indywidualnymi z psychologiem, pedagogiem, terapeutą od uzależnień i doradcą zawodowym. Uczestnik będzie zobowiązany do uczestnictwa w zajęciach od 6 do 8 godz. dziennie. Zajęcia będą dostosowane do możliwości uczestników ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób z niepełnosprawnościami. W ramach reintegracji zawodowej, każdy uczestnik będzie zobowiązany pod nadzorem instruktora zawodu do realizacji programu obejmującego: 1. Przygotowanie praktyczne do zajęć w poszczególnych warsztatach. 2. Przygotowanie stanowiska zawodowego i narzędzi oraz materiałów do wykonania określonych prac 3. Wykonanie wyznaczonych zadań oraz sprzątanie stanowiska pracy 4. Przestrzeganie przepisów BHP 5. Naukę współpracy w grupach roboczych przy wykonywaniu określonych zadań. W ramach realizacji programu reintegracji społecznej uczestnik CIS jest zobowiązany do uczestnictwa w: - warsztatach doradztwa zawodowego , w tym poszukiwania pracy, pisania CV, poszukiwania zleceń pracy, poszukiwania możliwości zatrudnienia - grupach wsparcia. Uczestnicy będą brali udział w kursach BHP, obsługi komputera, zdrowego żywienia. (Polish)
