    Przedmiotem proj. będzie prowadzenie kompleksowych i zindywidualizowanych działań w zakresie integracji społecznej i aktywizacji zawodowej skierowanych do os. i środowisk zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ.Działania przewidziane do realizacji zostały opisane w tab.3.4 i stanowią odpowiedź na przyczyny problemów określone w tab.3.5.2.:W szczególności: IAZ- KIS, CIS, trening pracy, staże i praktyczna nauka zaw. odpowiadają na przyczyny problemów ujęte w pkt: 1.1, 1.2, 1.4, 2.1 i 2.2- indy. i grupowe doradztwo zaw. – w pkt. 1.1, 1.4;IAS - indyw. i grupowe wsparcie psycho. i prawne, warsztaty um. osobistych i ogólnozaw., grupy wsparcia, terapia i psychoterapia – w pkt. 1.4, 2.1, 2.2 i 3.1,- streetworking i asystent os. bezdomnej – w pkt. 2.1, 2.2 I 2.3;- OSL - w pkt. 4.1.- praca socjalna. – w pkt. 1.4, 2.1, 2.2 i 2.3;IAE- kursy zaw. – w pkt. 1.3,- couching i broker edu. - w pkt. 1.5- praktyczna nauka zaw. – w pkt. 1.2 i 1.3,Większość działań w proj. będzie wdrażana samodzielnie przez partnerów zatrudniających personel na umowę o pracę lub umowę cywilnoprawną lub przez os. samozatrudnione w formie podwykonawstwa. Kursy zaw. realizowane będą jako zlecenie zew. przez podmioty wyłonione jako wykonawcy zgodnie z regułami określonymi w Wytycznych kwalifikowalności.Praca socj. prowadzona będzie przez pracowników socj. MOPR w ramach zadań dodatkowych i wynagradzana w formie miesięcznych dodatków oraz pracowników soc. PS i ETAP zatrudnionych na umowę o pracę.Biuro projektu będzie prowadzone przez MOPR na terenie P-nia.Udział w poszczególnych działaniach będzie w równej mierze otwarty dla przedstawicieli obu płci. Partnerzy dołożą starań aby proponowane uczestnikom formy wsparcia nie utrwalały stereotypów na temat ról i zaw. przypisanych płciom.
