Projekt został skierowany do 25 osób z niepełnosprawnością (15 kobiet i 10 mężczyzn) z powiatu ostródzkiego, niepracujących, w wieku aktywności zawodowej. Celem podejmowanych działań jest wzrost poziomu aktywności społecznej i zawodowej uczestników projektu, poprzez wzrost motywacji do podejmowania aktywności, a także wiedzy i umiejętności do poruszania się po lokalnym rynku pracy. W projekcie zaplanowano wsparcie specjalistyczne: doradcy ds. osób niepełnosprawnych, trenera aktywności, psychologa, doradcy zawodowego, szkolenia w zakresie umiejętności społecznych i zawodowych, grupowe wsparcie specjalistyczne, a także wsparcie w podjęciu zatrudnienia, w postaci: trenera pracy, szkoleń zawodowych, staży zawodowych. W rezultacie projektu min. 5 osób podejmie zatrudnienie. Ponadto uczestnicy otrzymają wsparcie w zakresie umiejętności społecznych, zwiększą samoocenę, motywację. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.01.2020 r. –30.04.2021 r. (Polish)
