The project has the purpose of activating the social fabric. 56 (39K and 17 M) resident in M and G Orneta for a period of 50 mc. The objective of this support is to include workshops, training and specialist support for participants in the project, in order to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for the social and labour market. The project is aimed at persons resident in the municipality of Orneta, aged between 15 and 30 at risk of exclusion, including the unemployed in the third group of people who are remote from the labour market. Additional priority will be given to those who meet the criteria for action 11.1 of action 11.1.1; — those at risk of poverty or the risk of poverty. Pol., people using OP PAZ, Recruitment to the project will take place in 4 editions. The selection of 56 Os of the Project will take place on the basis of the sum of the marks obtained in the evaluation of the recruitment documentation and from the opinion of the psychologist (motivation, need for participation in the project). The participants will be supported through the activities of the KIS; A diagnosis of personality; psychosocial workshops; interpersonal workshops; psychological support for health education; legal advice; examination of professional preferences, IPD; workshop related occupational guidance; entrepreneurship workshops; a workshop on social cooperatives; vocational courses 80 to 120; By participating in the project, they will increase or change their professional qualifications, raise the profile of key and social competences, gain mobility in the labour market, gain professional experience.     summary
    Celem gł projektu jest zaktywizowanie społ. i zawod. 56 os (39K i 17 M) zamieszkałych w M i G Orneta przez okres 50 mc. Wsparcie ma na celu objęcie uczestników Projektu warsztatami, szkoleniami oraz specjalistycznym wsparciem podczas którego zostaną wyposażeni w wiedzę i umiejętności niezbędne do funkcjonowania w sferze społ. i na rynku pracy. Projekt jest skierowany do osób zamieszkałych na terenie gminy Orneta, w wieku od 15 do 30 lat zagrożone wykluczeniem społ, w tym osoby bezrobotne znajdujące się w III grupie osób oddalonych od rynku pracy. Dodatkowo priorytetowo traktowani będą Kandydaci spełniający kryteria dla działania 11.1 podziałania 11.1.1;- osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykl. społ. doświadczające wielokrotnego wykl. Społ., osoby korzystające z PO PŻ, Rekrutacja do projektu odbywać się będzie w 4 edycjach. Wybór 56 BO Projektu nastąpi, na podstawie sumy punktów zdobytych w ocenie dokumentacji rekrutacyjnej oraz z opinii psychologa (motywacja, potrzeba uczestnictwa w projekcie). Uczestnicy zostaną objęci wsparciem działaniami w ramach KIS; Diagnoza osobowości; warsztaty psychospołeczne; warsztaty interpersonalne; wsparcie psychologiczne edukacja prozdrowotna; poradnictwo prawne; badanie preferencji zawodowych, IPD; warsztatowe poradnictwo zawodowe; warsztaty przedsiębiorczości; warsztaty z zakresu spółdzielni socjalnych; kursy zawodowe od 80 do 120;Staże. Poprzez udział w Projekcie Uczest. nabędą, podwyższą lub zmienią swoje kwalifikacje zawodowe, podniosą kompetencje kluczowe i społeczne, zdobędą umiejętność poruszania się po rynku pracy, nabędą doświadczenie zawodowe. Co najmniej 20%uczestników podejmie zatrudnieni (Polish)
