The main objective of the project is to increase the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion benefiting from social services in the Siedlec Municipality (Wielkopolska Voivodeship), by creating 20 seats in the House of Daily Stay for dependants within 01.12.2018-31.12.2020.This objective will contribute to the specific objective for action 7.2. WRPO 2014+ Increased number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion benefiting from social services after planned actions for dependants from the municipality of Siedlec (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship). In the municipality of Siedlec there will be an increase in the number of places providing daily care services by 20 newly created places in the DDP in Siedlec. The first task is planned to cover the costs of carers’ remuneration. The second task includes support in occupational therapy, specialist counseling – physiotherapy, socio-social activities aimed at comprehensive support of people at risk of social exclusion or poverty.The project is implemented in partnership with the social economy operator Association Local Centre for Advisory and Training Development. Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost liczby osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym korzystających z usług społecznych na terenieGminy Siedlec (woj. wielkopolskie), poprzez utworzenie 20 miejsc w Domu Dziennej Pobytu dla osób niesamodzielnych w terminie 01.12.2018-31.12.2020.Cel ten przyczyni się do realizacji celu szczegółowego dla działania 7.2. WRPO 2014+ Wzrost liczby osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniemspołecznym korzystających z usług społecznych po przez zaplanowane działania dla osób niesamodzielnych z terenu Gminy Siedlec (woj. wielkopolskie).Działania zaplanowane w projekcie bezpośrednio przyczynią się do realizacji celu z uwagi na zaplanowanie utworzenia DDP w Siedlcu (woj.Wielkopolskie). Na terenie Gminy Siedlec zwiększy się liczba miejsc świadczenia dziennych form usług opiekuńczych o 20 nowo utworzonych miejsc wDDP w Siedlcu.W ramach projektu zaplanowano 2 zadania. W Zadaniu pierwszym zaplanowano pokrycie kosztów wynagrodzenia opiekunów. W ramach zadania drugiegozaplanowano wsparcie w zakresie terapii zajęciowej, poradnictwa specjalistycznego – fizjoterapia, zajęcia społeczno-towarzyskie mające na celukompleksowe wsparcie osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym lub ubóstwem.Projekt jest realizowany w partnerstwie z podmiotem ekonomii społecznej Stowarzyszenie Lokalny Ośrodek Rozwoju Doradztwa i Szkoleń.
