The implementation of the technology will allow to extend the company’s product offer with recycled plastic packaging intended for contact with food. The new product will have two labels, both internally and externally. The printed classic IML label will be placed on the outer walls of the packaging and will provide information (product name, weight, composition, etc.), while the unprinted IML label will be placed inside the packaging, forming a barrier between the plastic (re-used post-production material) and the packaging load, thus reducing the level of migration to the inside. Material scope As part of the project, it is planned to purchase two automation systems for the production of containers. Each system shall consist of: 1. Magazine for internal labels 2. External label magazine 3. Male hoof 4. Female hoof 5. Transient hoof 6. Electrostatic system 7. Vacuum system 8. Control system 9. ZAKRES RZECZOWY W ramach projektu zaplanowano zakup dwóch układów automatyzacji do produkcji pojemników. W skład każdego układu wchodzą: 1. Magazynek etykiet wewnętrznych 2. Magazynek etykiet zewnętrznych 3. Kopyto męskie 4. Kopyto żeńskie 5. Kopyto przejściowe 6. Układ elektrostatyki 7. Układ podciśnieniowy 8. Układ sterujący 9. Układ wizyjnej kontroli wypraski Zaplanowane wydatki pozwolą na rozszerzenie oferty produktowej przedsiębiorstwa o opakowanie z tworzywa odzyskanego, o zmniejszonej migracji, produkowane w technologii IML. SPOSÓB WDROŻENIA TECHNOLOGII Projekt wiąże się z wdrożeniem wyników własnych prac B+R firmy, które umożliwią zakup indywidualnie dostosowanych układów automatyzacji. Indywidualnie zaprojektowanie przez Wnioskodawcę rozwiązania w zakresie parku maszynowego pozwolą w pełni wykorzystać nową technologię. ETAPY PROJEKTU Projekt realizowany będzie etapowo- w ramach poszczególnych zadań: Zad. 1: Zakup układu automatyzacji do produkcji opakowań (etap 1) Zad. 2: Zakup układu automatyzacji do produkcji opakowań (etap 2) (Polish)
