The subject of the project is the implementation at Agralex of a new, previously unknown metal processing and agricultural equipment manufacturing technology, filtration systems production technology and transport equipment with coating capacity. 300 t/h. This technology is the result of R & D works carried out by the Company’s research team. The implementation of this technology to the company will allow the introduction to the Polish and foreign market of the two products mentioned above, the construction of which will perfectly reproduce the concept and specification given by the contracting authority. Currently, the constructions of this type of equipment had to be simplified and adapted not to the needs of the customer, but to the technical capabilities of their construction. In addition, thanks to the new technology developed, the strength of the equipment will increase and the cost of production will decrease. The introduction to the domestic and foreign market of two innovative products will be possible thanks to the acquisition of the necessary fixed assets (automatic cutting and sinking line (1 pcs), assembly line with assembly tools (1 pcs), assembly racks (8 pcs), edge press (1 pcs), automatic welding machine(1pcs) compressor(1pcs)) and construction of the production hall(POW). 2190.51 m²) in which production will be located. In the assembly part of the hall, an internal system of overhead cranes will be installed, which will allow the transport of finished construction components from the production part to the assembly part. The implementation of the project will follow the guidelines of the IZ in this respect. In particular, the selection of contractors/suppliers will follow the principle of competitiveness. An investment management team will be set up, whose task will not only be to perform orders correctly and to settle investments, but also to monitor output and result indicators. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie w firmie Agralex nowej, nieznanej do tej pory w branży obróbki metalu i produkcji urządzeń rolniczych, technologii produkcji systemów filtracji oraz urządzeń transportowych o wydajności pow. 300 t/h. Technologia ta jest wynikiem prac B+R prowadzonych przez zespół badawczy Spółki. Wdrożenie tej technologii do przedsiębiorstwa pozwoli na wprowadzenie na rynek polski oraz zagraniczny dwóch wymienionych wyżej produktów, których konstrukcja będzie idealnie odwzorowywać koncepcję i specyfikację nadaną przez zamawiającego. Obecnie konstrukcje tego typu urządzeń musiały być upraszczane i dostosowywane nie do potrzeb klienta, a do możliwości technicznego ich wykonania. Ponadto, dzięki opracowanej nowej technologii wzrośnie wytrzymałość urządzeń oraz obniży się koszt produkcji. Wprowadzenie na rynek rodzimy i zagraniczny dwóch nowatorskich produktów będzie możliwe dzięki nabyciu niezbędnych środków trwałych (automatyczna linia tnąco–gnąca(1 szt.), linia montażowa wraz z narzędziami montażowymi(1 szt.), regały montażowe(8 szt.), prasa krawędziowa(1 szt.), automat spawalniczy(1szt.) sprężarkownia(1szt.)) oraz budowie hali produkcyjnej(pow. 2.190,51m2), w której zostanie zlokalizowana produkcja. W części montażowej hali zainstalowane zostanie wewnętrzny system suwnic, który pozwoli na transport gotowych elementów konstrukcyjnych z części produkcyjnej do części montażowej. Wdrożenie projektu będzie przebiegało zgodnie z wytycznymi IZ w tym zakresie. W szczególności wybór wykonawców/dostawców będzie przebiegał zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności. Powołany zostanie zespół zarządzający inwestycją, którego zadaniem będzie nie tylko prawidłowe dokonywanie zamówień i rozliczenie inwestycji, ale także monitoring wskaźników produktu i rezultatu.
