This project concerns the creation of a brewery and a regional bakery, which will produce various types of craft beer, including spelt beer produced on the basis of spelt-growing as part of research and development carried out by scientists of the Westopol University of Technology. ZUT scientists are also the authors of the technology for baking spelt bread based on this spelt. This technology will be used for the production of bread in the bakery that is the subject of the project. The applicant’s offer will be addressed to amateurs of high-quality beer, unusual, not produced by other producers and supporters of healthy organic food. The company’s products will be sold both to external entities, including foreign entities, as well as in a restaurant, which will be set up in the building in which the enterprise will be located. The project plans to carry out construction works aimed at adapting the property at the disposal of the applicant to the needs of the company’s activities, the purchase and installation of a brewing line, the purchase and installation of a line for the production of bread and the purchase of restaurant equipment (equipment of kitchen, bar, tables, chairs, etc.). The project is scheduled to start in June 2017. — upon receipt of the financing decision. The project will be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2018. The project is fully prepared for implementation – the applicant has full technical documentation and has obtained a building permit (due to the fact that the planned beer production will not exceed 50 tonnes per year, no environmental decision was required). Investment financing has also been provided – a credit promotion has been obtained to ensure that the own contribution is financed. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Zakończenie projektu nastąpi do końca III kwartału 2018r. (Polish)
