The project will be implemented in the warm-mazury voivodship, the project office in Elbląg in the period from 01.09.2017-30.04.2018.The target group is 9 disabled people (4K 5 M) unemployed, inactive persons, persons with different degrees of disability from the municipality/city of Elbląg, who, depending on the individual opportunities and needs of the labour market, will be able to acquire qualifications and professional competences through trainings and courses and some of them will be able to find employment. It will be 100 % disabled people whose condition enables training and employment. The project will cover three main lines of action: 1) the diagnosis of participants in terms of social and professional competences, together with the development of individual development pathways, 2) social support in order to improve the social competences and the overall psychophysical condition of participants enabling them to undertake professional activation, 3) professional support to strengthen professional competences. As a result of the project, 2 people will find employment. The social and professional competences of the participants will increase, the motivation to work and the ability to move around the labour market will be increased. As part of the project, we envisage the use of active inclusion instruments of a social, occupational and educational nature, including psychological support, advisory support to plan individual path of reintegration, courses and training. The project uses the model of social activation of people at risk of social exclusion PIW EQUAL and solutions developed by PFRON within the framework of POKL – “Work coach as a way to increase employment of people with disabilities”. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie województwa warm-mazur , biuro projektu w Elblągu w okresie od 01.09.2017-30.04.2018.Grupą docelową jest 9 osób niepełnosprawnych (4K 5 M) bezrobotnych, biernych zawodowo, osoby o różnym stopniu niepełnospr. z gminy/miasta Elbląg,które w zależności od indywidualnych możliwości i potrzeb rynku pracy będą mogły nabyć kwalifikacje i kompetencje zawodowe dzięki szkoleniom i kursom oraz część z nich znaleźć zatrudnienie. Będą to w 100 % osoby niepełnosprawne, których stan umożliwia podjęcie szkoleń i zatrudnienie. Projekt będzie obejmował trzy główne kierunki działań: 1) diagnoza uczestników pod kątem kompetencji społecznych i zawodowych wraz z opracowaniem indywidualnych ścieżek rozwoju, 2) wsparcia społeczne w celu podniesienia kompetencji społecznych i ogólnej kondycji psychofizycznej uczestników umożliwiające podjęcie aktywizacji zawodowej, 3) wsparcie zawodowe zakładające wzmocnienie kompetencji zawodowych. W wyniku projektu 2 osoby znajdą zatrudnienie. Wzrosną kompetencje społeczne i zawodowe uczestników, podniesie się motywacja podjęcia pracy i umiejętności poruszania się po rynku pracy. W ramach projektu przewidujemy wykorzystanie instrumentów aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecz, zawod i edukacyjnym m.in.wsparcie psychologiczne, wsparcie doradcze do zaplanowania indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji, kursy i szkolenia. Projekt wykorzystuje model aktywizacji społecznej osób zagrożonych wyklucz społecznym PIW EQUAL oraz rozwiązania wypracowane przez PFRON w ramach POKL – „Trener pracy jako sposób na zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób niepełnosprawnych”.
