| Property / summary: The CDK Ewa Perlińska and the Foundation for the Expert Board “FUTURE TO CIEBIE” aims to increase to 28.02.2019 the employability and active participation in social and working life of 60 (34K/26M) people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, aged 18-64, residing within the meaning of the Civil Code in the Warminsko-Mazurskie area, in districts: Gigacki, billets and cakes, unemployed — inactive only — inactive or unemployed, who have been declared a third aid profile in accordance with the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (including at least 18 (10K/8M) of the long-term unemployed), of which a minimum of 15 (8K/7M) are disabled persons. The objective will be achieved by bringing the above mentioned support to the support of the 4 Task Force: 1.The identification of needs, including the development of the SCC and the training of social competences 2.Individual legal and civil counselling and psychological counselling 3.vocational and innovative training of jobscouting 4. * acquisition of professional qualification by min.40 % UP * working (including for own account) by min.25 % UP * seeking work by min.25 % UP * performance of social and employment performance up to 3 months after the completion of the participation in the project: * for people at risk of poverty or social exclusion at a level of social efficiency — min. 34 %, employment performance/min. 22 % * for severely disabled persons, people with intellectual disabilities and for persons with disabilities with a coupled level of social efficiency — min. 34 %, employment performance/min. 12 % (English) / rank | |||

Projekt partnerski CDK Ewa Perlińska i Fundacji Ekspert-Kujawy pt. "PRZYSZŁOŚĆ NALEŻY DO CIEBIE" ma na CELU zwiększenie do 28.02.2019 zdolności do zatrudnienia oraz aktywnego udziału w życiu społecznym i zawodowym 60 (34K/26M) osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w wieku 18-64 lat, zamieszkujących w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarze woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego, w powiatach: giżyckim, kętrzyńskim i mrągowskim, pozostających bez zatrudnienia - wyłącznie osoby bierne zawodowo lub bezrobotne, dla których ustalono III profil pomocy zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (w tym min. 18 (10K/8M) długotrwale bezrobotnych), spośród których minimum 15 (8K/7M) to osoby niepełnosprawne. Cel zostanie osiągnięty przez objęcie ww. grupy wsparciem w ramach 4 ZADAŃ: 1.identyfikacja potrzeb wraz z opracowaniem IŚR i treningi kompetencji społecznych 2.indywidualne poradnictwo prawno-obywatelskie i psychologiczne 3.szkolenia zawodowe i innowacyjny jobscouting 4. staże Proj. przyniesie REZULTATY:Do 4 tyg.po opuszczeniu programu: *uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawod. przez min.40% UP *praca(w tym na własny rachunek) przez min.25% UP *poszukiwanie pracy przez min.25% UP Oraz efektywność społeczna i zatrudnieniowa do 3 m-cy po ukończeniu udziału w projekcie: *w odniesieniu do osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poziom efektywności społecznej- min. 34%, efektywności zatrudnieniowej–min. 22% *w odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną oraz osób z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi poziom efektywności społecznej- min. 34%, efektywności zatrudnieniowej–min. 12% (Polish)
