How the project is implemented: The project is implemented in partnership, where both the Applicant and Leader Partner are the Great Mazurskie Lakes Association 2020 and the Partner – State Water Farm Polish Regional Water Management Board in Warsaw. Partnership between these entities is governed by the partnership agreement. A team for efficient and substantively correct implementation of the project was established. Implementation of the project. The project will be implemented by people with experience in the implementation of projects co-financed by external funds. The most important stages of the project are: preparatory work, preparation of technical documentation, obtaining decisions for the implementation of the task, preparation of feasibility studies, construction works, supervision in the project and its promotion. The project fits into the assumptions set out in the SZOOP/Regulation and the assumptions of the project are eligible for support under Sub-measure 6.2.2 Waterways and waterfronts of the RPOW. The project falls within a catalogue of possible types of project, as well as the justification, description and objectives of the project set out in the project are consistent with the objectives of the action set out in the SZOOP.     Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest przebudowa i umocnienie 5 kanałów (Giżyckiego, Grunwaldzkiego, Mioduńskiego, Szymońskiego oraz Tałckiego) na szlaku od Mikołajek do Giżycka. Głównymi grupami interesariuszy, którzy są kluczowi dla realizacji projektu są: turyści, mieszkańcy omawianego obszaru orz samorządy lokalne, przedsiębiorcy związani z branżą turystyczną i służby odpowiedzialne za bezpieczeństwo na szlaku. Sposób wdrażania projektu: Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie, gdzie zarówno Wnioskodawcą jak i Partnerem Wiodącym jest Stowarzyszenie Wielkie Jeziora Mazurskie 2020, a Partnerem - Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie Regionalny Zarząd Gospodarki Wodnej w Warszawie. Partnerstwo pomiędzy ww. podmiotami reguluje umowa partnerska. Dla sprawnej i merytorycznie poprawnej realizacji projektu powołany został Zespół ds. Realizacji projektu. Projekt będzie wdrażany przez osoby posiadające doświadczenie w realizacji projektów współfinansowanych ze środków zewnętrznych. Najważniejsze etapy realizacji projektu to: prace przygotowawcze, sporządzenie dokumentacji technicznej, pozyskanie decyzji warunkujących realizację zadania, opracowanie studium wykonalności, roboty budowlane, nadzór w projekcie oraz jego promocja. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SZOOP/regulaminie, a przyjęte założenia projektu kwalifikują go do wsparcia w ramach Poddziałania 6.2.2 Szlaki wodne i nabrzeża RPOWiM. Projekt mieści się w katalogu możliwych do realizacji typów projektu, a także uzasadnienie, opis i cele projektu określone w projekcie są zgodne z celami działania określonymi w SZOOP. Projekt znajduje się w Załączniku 4 do SZOOP wykaz projektów zidentyfikowanych przez IZ RPO WiM na str. 199 dokumentu pn. Szczegółowy opis osi priorytetowej Kultura i dziedzictwo Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Warmińsko-Mazurskiego na lata 2014-2020. (Polish)
