The aim of this project is to rebuild and strengthen 5 channels (Giżycki, Grunwalka, Miloński, Szymoński and Tałowy) on the route from Mikołajek to Giżycki. The main stakeholder groups that are key for the implementation of the project are: tourists, local residents and local authorities, businesses linked to the tourism industry and services responsible for security on the route. How to implement the project: The project is carried out in the partnership, where both the Applicant and the Lead Party are the Association of the Great Lakes Region 2020, and the National Water Management Authority in Poland, the Polish Water Management Authority in Warsaw. The partnership agreement is governed by the Partnership Agreement. For the good and factually correct implementation of the project, a “Team” has been set up. Project implementation. The project will be implemented by persons with experience in the implementation of projects co-financed by external funds. The main steps in the implementation of the project are: preparatory work, drawing up of technical documentation, obtaining decisions for carrying out a task, drawing up a feasibility study, construction work, supervision of the project and its promotion. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the SZOOP/Rules of Procedure, and the project assumptions are eligible for support under Measure 6.2.2 of the Water Routes and the RPOM quay. The project is in the catalogue of possible project types, as well as the justification, description and objectives of the project, are in line with the action objectives set out in the SZOOP. The project is located in Annex 4 to the SZOOP list of projects identified by the MA for the ROP WiM on page. 199 A detailed description of the priority axis Culture and heritage of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Regional Operational Programme for the period 2014-2020.     Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest przebudowa i umocnienie 5 kanałów (Giżyckiego, Grunwaldzkiego, Mioduńskiego, Szymońskiego oraz Tałckiego) na szlaku od Mikołajek do Giżycka. Głównymi grupami interesariuszy, którzy są kluczowi dla realizacji projektu są: turyści, mieszkańcy omawianego obszaru orz samorządy lokalne, przedsiębiorcy związani z branżą turystyczną i służby odpowiedzialne za bezpieczeństwo na szlaku. Sposób wdrażania projektu: Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie, gdzie zarówno Wnioskodawcą jak i Partnerem Wiodącym jest Stowarzyszenie Wielkie Jeziora Mazurskie 2020, a Partnerem - Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie Regionalny Zarząd Gospodarki Wodnej w Warszawie. Partnerstwo pomiędzy ww. podmiotami reguluje umowa partnerska. Dla sprawnej i merytorycznie poprawnej realizacji projektu powołany został Zespół ds. Realizacji projektu. Projekt będzie wdrażany przez osoby posiadające doświadczenie w realizacji projektów współfinansowanych ze środków zewnętrznych. Najważniejsze etapy realizacji projektu to: prace przygotowawcze, sporządzenie dokumentacji technicznej, pozyskanie decyzji warunkujących realizację zadania, opracowanie studium wykonalności, roboty budowlane, nadzór w projekcie oraz jego promocja. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SZOOP/regulaminie, a przyjęte założenia projektu kwalifikują go do wsparcia w ramach Poddziałania 6.2.2 Szlaki wodne i nabrzeża RPOWiM. Projekt mieści się w katalogu możliwych do realizacji typów projektu, a także uzasadnienie, opis i cele projektu określone w projekcie są zgodne z celami działania określonymi w SZOOP. Projekt znajduje się w Załączniku 4 do SZOOP wykaz projektów zidentyfikowanych przez IZ RPO WiM na str. 199 dokumentu pn. Szczegółowy opis osi priorytetowej Kultura i dziedzictwo Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Warmińsko-Mazurskiego na lata 2014-2020. (Polish)
