The scope of the project includes the construction of a complex of spa treatment facilities and a small architecture included in the protection of the spa forest of the Symsarny Valley in the town of Lidzbark Warmiński in the area of spa protection Lidzbark Warmiński – zone “A” of spa protection. The designed facilities will serve public purposes (objects related to the health function) and education in the area of the designed Forest Spa Park, which includes walking, foot-bike and therapeutic teams. One of them is the Kinezytherapy Team, with an area of approx. 0.17 ha, for therapy through movement and “Sensory Syndrome” with an area of approx. 0.07 ha, stimulating the senses of the tourist – the patient. Both the above-mentioned treatment teams as well as the main part of the forest park will be equipped with small architecture elements to improve the use of existing and designed (renovated) paths. Stages of project implementation: 1. Preparation of the application for co-financing of the project together with the required annexes, including a feasibility study; 2. Submission of application documentation for project co-financing and signing of a project co-financing agreement; 3. Carrying out a tender for the contractor of the project and signing the contract with the contractor; 4. The execution of the work covered by the project; 5. The receipt of the work carried out; 6. Settlement of investments; 7. Information and promotion activities during the implementation of the project. The project and its objectives are fully consistent with the objective indicated in the SzOOP, i.e.: — the specific objective of priority axis 6 Heritage and Culture, Measure 6.2 Natural Heritage, Submeasure 6.2.1 Spa infrastructure is "Increased tourist attractiveness of the region’s natural heritage resources through the development of public health infrastructure. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje budowę zespołu urządzeń lecznictwa uzdrowiskowego i małej architektury wchodzącej w skład wyposażenia lasu ochronnego uzdrowiskowego Doliny Symsarny w mieście Lidzbark Warmiński w obszarze ochrony uzdrowiskowej Lidzbark Warmiński - strefa "A" ochrony uzdrowiskowej. Projektowane obiekty będą służyć celom publicznym (obiekty związane z funkcją zdrowotną) i edukacyjnym na terenie projektowanego Leśnego Parku Uzdrowiskowego, w zakres którego to wchodzą ciągi piesze, pieszo-rowerowe oraz zespoły terapeutyczne. Jednym z nich jest „Zespół Kinezyterapii”, o powierzchni ok. 0,17 ha, służący terapii poprzez ruch oraz „Zespół Sensoryczny” o powierzchni ok. 0,07 ha, pobudzający zmysły turysty – kuracjusza. Zarówno w/w zespoły służące terapii, jak również główna część parku leśnego zostanie wyposażona w elementy małej architektury służące poprawie jakości korzystania z istniejących i projektowanych (przebudowanych - remontowanych) ścieżek. Etapy realizacji projektu: 1. Przygotowanie wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu wraz z wymaganymi załącznikami, w tym studium wykonalności; 2. Złożenie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej o dofinansowanie projektu i podpisanie umowy o dofinansowanie projektu; 3. Przeprowadzenie przetargu na wykonawcę projektu i podpisanie umowy z wykonawcą; 4. Wykonanie prac objętych projektem; 5. Dokonanie odbioru wykonanych prac; 6. Rozliczenie inwestycji; 7. Działalność informacyjno-promocyjna w trakcie realizacji projektu. Projekt oraz jego cele są w pełni zgodne z celem wskazanym w SzOOP, to jest z: - celem szczegółowym osi priorytetowej 6 Dziedzictwo i Kultura, Działanie 6.2 Dziedzictwo naturalne, Poddziałanie 6.2.1 Infrastruktura uzdrowiskowa to jest "Zwiększona atrakcyjność turystyczna zasobów dziedzictwa naturalnego regionu poprzez rozwój publicznej infrastruktury uzdrowiskowej. Z uwagi na ograniczenie znakowe, szerszy opis zgodności projektu z celami SzOOP został zawarty w pkt 2.4.1 studium wykonalności. (Polish)
