PRZEDMIOT PROJEKTU Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku sali wiejskiej w Parczewie. ZAKRES RZECZOWY Projekt dotyczy termomodernizacji budynku sali wiejskiej w Parczewie o powierzchni zabudowy 470,58 m2, kubaturze 1154,8 m3. Budynek posiada 1 kondygnację i wysokość 2,82 - 4,04 m. Do zakresu rzeczowego projektu należy: 1. Docieplenie dachu; 2. Wymiana okien zewnętrznych; 3. Modernizacja systemu grzewczego – wymiana kotła węglowego na gazowy oraz modernizacja całej instalacji grzewczej; 4. Docieplenie stropodachu; 5. Docieplenie ścian; 6. Wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych; 7. Modernizacja pomieszczeń świetlicy (posadzki, ściany, sanitariaty instalacja wod-kan, instalacja gazowa, instalacja elektryczna). PRODUKTY PROJEKTU W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące produkty: 1. Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków – 1 szt. 2. Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła – 1 szt. 3.
