Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energetyczna budynku użyteczności publicznej tj.Szkoły Podstawowej w Kuźnicy Grabowskiej w woj.wlkp.Potrzeba realizacji projektu wynika ze złego stanu technicznego obiektu,związanego z jego niską efektywnością energetyczną.Projekt obejmuje swym zakresem:1.Prace przygotowawcze tj.opracowanie Studium Wykonalności2.Roboty budowlane-termomodernizacja budynku SP poprzez docieplenie warstwą styropianu ścian zewn.oraz fundamentowych do poziomu opaski wokół budynku(płyty gr.20cm)oraz docieplenie dachu natryskową pianką PUR.Prace obejmują także roboty odtworzeniowe,wykonanie obróbek blacharskich,orynnowania,wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej,zmianę pokrycia dachowego z płyt eternitowych na blachodachówkę,docieplenie zadaszenia nad wejściem do kotłowni styropianem gr.5cm,montaż instalacji odgromowej i remont instalacji wewnętrznych w budynku3.Modernizacja źródła ciepła poprzez:wymianę instalacji centralnego ogrzewania wraz z źródłem ciepła i instalacji ciepłej wody użytkowej,w tym:-zmiana kotła na nowoczesny kocioł na pellet-montaż nowej instalacji przesyłowej wraz z izolacją-montaż nowych grzejników z głowicami termostatycznymi i zaworów termostatycznych wraz z automatyką-wymiana instalacji CWU z przyłączeniem do nowego źródła ciepła4.Instalacje elektryczne poprzez wymianę oświetlenia wewnętrznego na nowe typu LED oraz wykonanie instalacji odgromowejPrace pozwolą osiągnąć zakładane produkty projektu tj:liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków-1szt,dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii cieplnej ze źródeł odnawialnych:0,1500MWt,liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła-1szt,powierzchnia użytkowa budynku poddanego termomodernizacji:1049,80m2,liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE-1szt.Zakładana oszczędność energii cieplnej i elektrycznej osiągnięta w wyniku realizacji projektu-204,92MWh/rok,tj.72,63%Prace będą realizowane zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową,co pozwoli na zachowanie jakości i trwałości.
