Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie o 84 miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych świadczonych w interesie ogólnym i objęcie wsparciem 140 osób zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. i 20 opiekunów faktycznych os. niesamodzielnych z ter. Gm. Krzykosy (woj. wlkp.) poprzez utw. i funkcjonowanie w okresie 1.09.2019 - 30.09.2021r. :a) Klubu Seniora(KS), a tym samym poprawę dostępu do usług opiek. dla 80 osób (45K,35M),b) Klubu Rodziny(KR) dla 60 osób (40 dzieci(20K) i 20(5K) rodziców/opiekunów prawnych dzieci), w tym utw. grupy wsparcia,c) Centrum wsparcia opiekunów(CWO), a tym samym zwiększenie umiej. do sprawowania opieki nad os. niesamodzielnymi u 20 (15K,5M) opiekunów faktycznych(OF).Grupę docelowa proj. 1. 140 os. zagroż. ubóstwem i/lub wyklucz. społ.: 80 (45K,35M), 40 dzieci (20K, 20M), 20 os. (15K, 5M) rodziców/opiek. prawnych dzieci,2. 20 opiekunów faktycznych (15K,5M).Ww. osoby to osoby, zamieszkujące, uczące się lub pracujące na terenie Gminy Krzykosy.Zadania:1. Utworzenie Klubu Seniora i Klubu Rodziny w Gminie Krzykosy2. Centrum wsparcia opiekunów - bieżące funkcjonowanie miejsc krótkookresowego pobytu dla osób niesamodzielnych w nowo utworzonym Klubie Seniora3. Centrum wsparcia opiekunów - dostęp do sprzętu rehabilitacyjnego/pielęgnacyjnego poprzez stworzenie wypożyczalni sprzętu wspomagająco-pielęgnacyjnego w Gminie Krzykosy4. Centrum wsparcia opiekunów - organizacja kursów, szkoleń, poradnictwa dla opiekunów faktycznych oraz zwiększenie dostępu do informacji5. Bieżące funkcjonowanie nowo utworzonego Klubu RodzinyW ramach proj. nastąpi zwiększ. o 80 miejsc świadcz. usług opiek. i os. korzystających z tych usług o 80os. (45K;35M). (Polish)

(15K, 5M) parents/lawyers of children,2. 20 actual carers (15K,5M).The above-mentioned persons are persons living, learning or working in the municipality of Krzykosy.Tasks:1. Establishment of the Senior Club and Family Club in Krzykosy Municipality2. Support centre for caregivers – day-to-day functioning of places of short-term stay for dependants in the newly created Senior Club3. Care support centre – access to rehabilitation/care equipment by creating a rental of care and assistance equipment in Krzykosy Municipality4. Support centre for caregivers – organisation of courses, training, guidance for actual carers and increasing access to information5. Current functioning of the newly created Family ClubAs part of the project, there will be an increase of 80 places to provide care services and persons using these services by 80 people. (45K; 35M).
